Horrible...never have people to bag...this morning only 2 registers open!!! The person stocking the baby food could not even move so I could get what I needed...when at the check out the cashier scanned my card as she rang up my items...the total at the end did not look right so I questioned if my card was applied...she said yes and I insisted she rescan it...only then was my savings applied!!!! Not a meander to be found do as I left I asked "Judy" at the check out to speak to a manger and she stated none were available...when I commented about the continued lack of baggers and long lines and indicated this wasnt right and I might have to go elsewhere because their lack of help is wasting my time...she responded with Thats your choice"... I spend about $1500 a month there so I will take my money somewhere else and I will also spread the news stars Im concerned they are pigs and they dont care about their customers as evidenced by this type of treatment Im going to Market Basket with the DeMoulas family will take care of their customers! I will protest the store

Let me tell you all something: not to be any disrespect to the meat man (Chris--handsome and affable) who chopped our chicken cuts in under a minute but LIKE HOLY HECK the self serve register lady was the rudest bird woman ever. My girlfriend had a grape issue, the light flashed like a strobe and the computed yelled "help needed". We waited patient. It was loud and had a weird computer scream, so it was noticeable. But bird lady went, bagged someone elses groceries then escorted another person to the self serve desk. She came back, sneered about grapes and stomped off. Like, what in the literal heck.

I was there doing my shopping and there A big fat sign say that buy one got one free in the meat department I did got tow .so when I go to the cashier he say no is not on sale or deal he was rode to me I ask for the manger his name Milan or something like that and he was f***ing rode too End up I left the store with out buying anything I will not going anymore to stop shop aging My store will be shaws .....

I like the store and shop there a lot it is my favorite store to shop at. Unfortunately my past experiences were terrible. The bagger that that was helping walked away in the middle of his job and left me to finish with the rest. This has happened more then 3 times to me at this particular store. Also when Im finish bagging no one thanks me for there job! What kind of customer service is this??!?!???!?

I have been shopping here for 3 years, lately the food prices are outrageous, the vegetables are rotten I have gotten home and had to end up throwing out the vegies on a few occasions now... the people who work there dont look happy and the meat/seafood counter I have waited 10 minutes and no one comes out so I leave... Here I come Hannafords or Wegmans...

Great store, great people. Always clean. Had a problem with cleanliness of the restrooms, but they have since corrected. Great gas prices, great fuel rewards, great prices. Deli is excellent. Always recommend this store. To the very critical and obviously unhappy lady who left that terrible review...take it easy!!

Prices have improved drastically. I dont mind stopping in here for a small to medium shopping now.... Before, I used to wait and do a large shopping when I could get to Walmart. I do/will always buy my meats & eggs here.

Prices are a bit high. Even with sales. Walked in circles because I always forget something. Cashier was very nice and bagged my groceries correctly for once. Fruit should be way cheaper this time of year though.

Pretty standard Stop & Shop with the usual goods and standard prices. Nothing in particular stuck out at this one. If youre a fan of it, youll enjoy it, if not, you wont.

I pick up my prescriptions there the pharmacist is so helpful Tom goes out of his way to get what you need his staff are also friendly and go the extra mile

I like the self check outs and most of their sales. Sadly, they stopped carrying products I use so I end up at Shaws often.
