Only because i cant really score for grooming or vet care. I have my own vet n groom my dog myself. Helps with bonding. I dont really have alot to say about except to me its just a store. I just get basics. Leash collars harnes toys. If theres n e thing in his size. An outfit. I wish there were more outfits available for medium size dogs. But one thing ill agree on is PeeWees. Get them the hell outta there. They dont beling there. Ive been rejected by them 2xs. They said i would be an unfit parent cuz im single not married no kids and live alone and work too much. No time for a dog. Boy were they dead wrong. I went ahead n bought a dog from a breeder. Dropped top dollar for a pedigree. Hes the spoiledest damn dog there is. He get toys every pay period. Puppy play dates every weekend. Sleeps with mommy every night 3-5 walks a day. He has a babysitter. N he goes to day care 2-3 times a week at barkaritaville. I hate Peewees. N i went to petsmart with my baby n they start telling me that i need to neuter him and train him. You need to shut the hell up, is what i told them. Idoits. Poor dogs n puppies see all kinds of humans that want them n then get denied.

I know you are basically a great store with a lot of features. I called yesterday about some "loose charcoal" for odor. I was told you had 2 different kinds. I went in first thing this morning and no one seemed to know what they were doing and one guy (was tagging things at the time) did nothing but complain the whole time he was trying to help. He had the person on the phone that worked in that particular department (fish) and was very unprofessional. I heard "I dont know", "not my department, been off a day" from people. The guy on the phone finally hung up and said that the product(s) were sold out. I said I had called yesterday afternoon and that you had them. He said, "well its sold out now". Might try to find someone that really needs a job, wants to work and take pride in their job.

Great customer service when it comes to returns without receipt. I had bought a double leash connector for my dogs here, unfortunately they didnt walk well on it at all. I gave it a week to see if they would learn to walk better on it, but I think the connector was just too short for a 60lb and 90lb dog. Anyway at this point I had lost the receipt and the tags had been thrown away. I took it into Petsmart to try to return it and the staff took the time (on a busy day non the less) to look up my receipt for me so I could get a full refund instead of just store credit. It seems to me they could have easily just told me all I could get was store credit and I would have had to except it, but they went a step further and for that I will definitely be returning to buy my dogs things here :)

The staff there are so dumb, and so rude! They misinform their customers, and do not provide full details about the fine line print. I took my sisters pug in, and of course I left her there through out the day while I was at work. I picked her up around 645pm, and as soon as we walked out, she had to use the bathroom. They didnt even bother walking her, so she was holding it for 9 hours straight!!! Then as soon as we got home, she ran straight to her water bowl, she had nothing to drink all day! I hate how they treat their customers, and more importantly the pets. Ive gone there more than once, and they are the snottiest, rudest, and ugliest animal care workers I have ever ran into. DONT TAKE YOUR PET THERE, THEY SUCK!

I would also highly recommend choosing another pet store. Petco has much better customer service. PetSmart managers, Brit and Michael, were callous and rude. Because of them, I was not allowed to buy my cats kidney food. They said his prescription expired and since the vet was closed, they could not verify it. Id only been buying it there for seven years with no problem until now. Both were very inflexible and uncaring...there to do a job, not care about customers or their animals. Brits words were "Those are our rules" when she took my cats kidney food away from me. They can keep their rules. I am done with PetSmart! Never again will I step foot in that Moore Plaza store!

My husband took our golden retriever there today for grooming, and then picked him up later. OMG!!!! My husband picked him up and he was SHAVED BALD!!! You can actually see his skin through the little bit of hair they left on him! The only place on his body that was matted was his belly area, as hes an outside dog....but his top coat was beautiful!!! They charged $85.00 for this sheering, people!!!! I fully intend to talk to the manager myself over this, but BEWARE!!! Dont take your dog to them!! My dog cried like a baby when I got home and saw him this afternoon! And I could have taken him to Salon Salon for the price they charged!! Stay away, just stay away!

Gave the store a 3 star because of the refund (of the flea shampoo that the grooming salon uses) that was quick and efficient....the grooming salon is another story. I took my pet in because of a flea problem. When I picked her up 2 1/2 hours later and got home I noticed that she still had fleas crawling on her and her paw pads were not trimmed(which I asked to be done). I called the store to question why I paid for flea removal and was asked if my pet walked out to my car after I picked her up. I answered yes. She told me they werent responsible for the fleas since my pet walked out to the car!!!!! Will find a new groomer.

PeeWee. Please, for the sake of the customers, kick PeeWee out. With their strict policies, hardly anyone who wants to save an innocent pup, cant. You walk in and see a pup you feel a connection with, fill out an application, and because you dont have money, or a tall fence, or just SAY youll let the pup out outside to play with, youll get immediately denied for adoption. I ask PetSmart, please do remove PeeWee from your store or atleast remove the strictness. Customers like myself leave upset and sad thinking theyre, like myself, going to adopt a companion but instead get rude customer service from PeeWee.

Over priced, understaffed. We always waited a long time for all scheduled appointments and were always billed an additional $60 for the visit even if we were just there for a shot and maybe 5 minutes. This was usual at locations here and in Houston. The staff was always good, but the management/policies need work. We moved to a smaller clinic where we never wait, are never needlessly charged, and it has everything we need including boarding, grooming and good quality toys, leashes, treats, etc. that are cheaper than Petsmart.
