Dr. Wallek is an amazing, compassionate veterinarian and she extends that same compassion to the pets owner. The staff here are all awesome as well. Everyone is extremely polite and willing to answer any and all questions you may have. My terrier has been groomed, spayed, and vaccinated here and each visit the clinic has exceeded my expectations. They were willing to see my pup again after post surgical complications and offered plenty of extra guidance on how to aid my dog in healing. When it was time for my mothers 11 year old boxer dog to be put to sleep, we brought her here because we knew that they would take great care of our girl and we were very grateful for all of the support. Im so thankful to the staff here at Animal Medical for their dedication to delivering quality holistic care to each animal. Everyone that works here is clearly so passionate about their jobs and the patients they see. I always recommend them.

We cant even begin to say how thankful we are for this vet clinic! As we were traveling through town on business our dog developed a hot spot that got infected. We have a toddler and a baby therefore it makes vet trips a bit on the handful side. We called as soon as they opened Saturday morning and they not only squeezed us in that day but offered pet drop off. We were able to leave our dog with them until the vet was able to treat her, and then pick her up when she was finished. It was quick, the treatment was professional, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and we left with our pup taken care of and the medications we needed. I HIGHLY recommend this vet and am incredibly thankful to them for accommodating us. If we ever need vet care around that way in the future we know exactly where to go!

I had an appt at 8:30 a.m. I arrived about 8:10 a.m. No one ever came out to greet me or acknowledge I was there. I sat and waited. In the meantime, two more customers (without appts) arrived after me about 8:25 a.m. Someone finally came from the back and immediately started helping the people who came in AFTER me. I stood there a while and they never apologized or offered to "be right with me". Instead, one lady said, "go get --- to help out in front." The girl came back and said, "cant find her." The first lady said, "then she will have to wait" and looked at me. I walked out. They never called me to ask what happened or even cared that they treated me so poorly. No apologies at all. I guess appts dont mean anything to these people. Very sad way of doing business.

Im very happy we switched our dogs over from PetSmart! Animal Medical is reasonably priced, never crowded, has better and faster service and everyone there is easy and pleasant to work with. There is everything you need including a grooming service and customized tags. If I didnt live in the area I would still definitively drive to this location as every visit at PetSmart definitely raised my blood pressure. We always needed to wait a rediculous amount of time even if we were early for an appointment. Over charging and understaffing was an issue for us as well - the staff always seemed in a rush and always behind. Its well worth it to find a well managed individualy owned clinic! Thank you for making it easy for us and for managing a wonderful clinic for our little guys. ♡

I brought my cat here because my normal vet was not open the day after christmas and it was an emergency. The reviews looked pretty solid before i brought him in, however my experience has been a total disaster. They kept my cat over night which is fine, because he wasnt doing his business and they didnt think he would before 6pm. So today, 12/27, they kept me on hold for over 15minutes just for them to tell me the doctor was in a room with another patient, but not only that wed been calling since 10am, and the vet seems to ALWAYS be busy and cant pick up a phone to give us a call back. I will NEVER bring my cat back here, i dont care how good the prices are. Worst experience of my life.

Our New VET!!!!! So I used to take our dog to VCA OSO Creek. They were nice, but she is an old mini Poodle and she needed some teeth pulled, and they quoted me that it was going to be at least $1200. Just way to much money. I recently went to Animal Medical and they are so caring, you can feel the love for the animals there. I was able to get her teeth pulled, the good ones cleaned, microchipped her and updated her shots for such a reasonable price. Less than half of what OSO wanted!!!! Not only do I have a new VET I will also be taking her there to be groomed now too. The staff is SOOOOOO amazing!!!!!! Thank you Animal Medical for everything!!!!!!!!

In regards to the last post i want it noted that I have been a long time client at Dr.Millers office and he has seen several generations of my pets. His staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Also the clinic has had a bell on the front counter for as long as i can remember, how are the staff supposed to know you are there if you dont speak up. I personally feel they might have handled the situation better, but that you also should have spoken up for yourself. I also feel that Dr. Miller is an extremely good at his job and would not take my pets to any other veterinarian.

Nice and friendly staff, didnt meet the doc, but apparently she/he leaves at noon every day, which is very displeasing to me. I called because they spayed my cat and she has been licking around the incision. I explained that I think she may have pulled one of the incisions out and they said that if I cant bring her in 15 minutes then they cant see her until tomorrow morning. Very upsetting....taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Wallek & Dr. Souby are excellent & very thorough. They are very knowledgeable & answer all questions thoroughly -- they are never rushed. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Never had to wait more than just a few minutes. Highly recommend this clinic.

Also long time clients: We buy all the stuff for our 2 kitties here. Food, toys, services, and all; thank you for your great service and fair prices. Oh and I love that gorilla out front; it reminds me of Busch Gardens theme park for some reason.
