I am so disappointed. I bragged this place up a couple weeks ago when I found this place and it was right around my pups birthday! I talked to the front desk and they were so present. I told them I would be back into the store in a couple weeks to get a cake ready! I didnt go anywhere else since this place seemed so great! Today I went in there asking how to go about getting a customized cake for this Saturday the 25th. The lady told me rudely what is out there is what we got. I said can we maybe at least put his name on it!? She said no, went short staffed. She didnt ask me when it was for, never apologized, and just let me leave. There was no one else in the store, and she still didnt akknowledge my disappointment. As much as I bragged about this place up to today, I have had to scurry around and tell people the bad experience I had there today! Now Im on the lookout for a new place that can get something together by Saturday. Too bad cause this place does have so much to offer.

This is a great place for pet supplies and treats. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to work with my anxious pup to get her groomed. However, I was disappointed with the outcome of the grooming itself: her fur was chopped roughly and her nails hadnt been rounded, so Ive been suffering some nasty scratches. Im sure they have great groomers, but I wasnt thrilled with our particular results.

I have been taking my pup there for around a year now and have always received the best service. My pup, Remy, absolutely loves getting groomed by Woof Gang and is even more excited about the selection of treats that Woof Gang has to offer. Woof Gang is the premier place for dog food, treats, and grooming. I appreciate the work these ladies do for Remy!

Before the holidays, I needed my 3 dogs groomed. They worked all 3 in, even though they were booked! Wonderful service! The staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly, without bugging you while you shop. I expected the food prices to be high but they are comparable to what I was spending. Great store! So glad they opened!

I took my Maltese here his first grooming at 4 months old. Then I moved and went to a different place and it was terrible I will never again take him there. Its definitely worth every cent and the drive wouldnt take him any where else. Staff is always helpful and answers my question to the best of there ability.

They have so many different flavors of treats and many are organic. The store is adorable! I love the display once you walk in that has homemade treats. My dog loves them! Also, they have little baggies where you can fill them up with different kinds of treats to try before you buy a large bag.

Only place i will take my dogs! Dogs had never been to a professional groomer. Dogs were not the least bit stressed. Love staff! Also if you have double coated dogs like my aussies I highly recommend adding the de shedding treatment! Made my house and life easier.
