You all are the best shops I have ever been in for animals we have, My son got a bearded dragon two years ago from bemidji and all the questions we had were never really answered we had to look things up on the internet until we were in d.l. one day stopped in to Best Pets and i had a million questions on feeding, batheing, the heat lamps, there skin shedding, moods, You all were so nice I didnt feel like we were rushed even when you yourself were so busy you still kept talking to us or would ask us to wait one moment for you. Now we have an hour drive to get to your store but its totally worth it for your knowledge, kindness and the prices and the quality of your crickets and meal worms an super worms. Now when i had to pick up food in bemidji very poor quality so never again they always rush us out of there store also. Just know you all are doing a fantastic job and you have a very loyal customer here.

5$ for 50 meal worms ??? Its 6$ for 500 online free shipping they convinced my girlfriend meal worms were the same as supers and THEY ARE NOT they are not a good staple food for any reptile. Ball pusthon for 190??? They are a 60$ snake any where else i just bought one only for 70 after shipping. Sold us two reptile hammocks that must be older then me because the material ripped soon as my iguana sat on them. All i got to say is if you dont know your stuff dont own a reptile store its neglect and dangerous to the reptiles

I absolutely love this store! The staff is always extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on all of their products and creatures of all varieties. They also offer pet grooming at extremely affordable rates! By far, these folks are the best place for all of your pets needs! Thank you for always being there when I need assistance.
