I first visited their facility several months ago and while it was much smaller than I had originally envisioned, the service there was exceptional! A man named Terry was super helpful in giving me tips on selecting a new dog food brand for my two Huskies. He really took the time to answer all my questions and go through the pros and cons of several brands (very knowledgeable on dog nutrition). Since then I have only bought my food from the store and love their option of delivering straight to your door (since I live about 30 minutes from Frisco)! Another great example of their superior service is when I had ordered some food for my two dogs that had been rescheduled for delivery twice (which they did notify me about). The second time it did not arrive on the scheduled day, I contacted them seeing if there was any way they could deliver it the next day, otherwise my dogs would have literally no food to eat. I unfortunately cannot recall the mans name who helped me out, but he was so generous and delivered the food to me that night ON HIS OWN TIME! He did not have to do this, but was so generous to make a special trip after his shift to deliver my dog food - and believe me my dogs were so thankful! It is so rare to find a business with such great customer service all around and with people who are not only knowledgeable but truly care! I would highly recommend this store to anyone :)

I would give 10 stars, not just 5. Guilio is beyond amazing!! My Boxer puppy (8 wks) was not able to digest anything. He was pooping 15-20 times daily with diarhea for 3 weeks. The vet prescribed antibiotics multiple times with no results and then suggested blood work, Xrays and referral to a specialist. we were worried if there was a genetic intestinal condition or IBD problem. We went to Guilio for advise. Guilio suggested changing diet immediately to raw food, probiotic and cbd oil for anti- inflammation. The results were INSTANTENEOUS!! ...no exaggeration here. The very next day, his poop became completely normal and down to 5 times a day, like a normal puppy. It was a day and night difference. We had been waiting for this day for 3 weeks!!! I cannot thank Guilio enough. His knowledge, experience and above all his availability and helpfulness saved our puppy. I would recommend any serious Pet owner to vist the Paw Depot and get advise from Guilio before talking to their Vet!!

I highly recommend The Paw Depot. I arrived 15 minutes after closing time, and the staff welcomed me in and were soo nice. The owner actually did a consultation with me to find out my dogs needs and find the very best options for them. In the 30 minutes I was there, I learned so much on how to best take care of my dogs, and they truly went above and beyond with me and my dog who was able to just wander around their store. They really showed so much love and attention to her as well. To top off the wonderful experience, I bought a large bag of dog food that will last me almost twice as long and was about 30% cheaper than what I was buying from Pets Mart, but far higher quality. I will be going to The Paw Depot for all my dogs needs from now on.

I seriously *love* this place. They have an amazing selection, and the owner seriously knows his stuff. I feel good shopping there, because my questions are *always* answered, and I feel like I can say with a high level of confidence that I know where my dogs food and treats come from. I live within walking distance, and the owner carried my massive bag of dog food to my apartment for me, which was surprising and amazing customer service. Another awesome plus is that they carry naturally shed deer antlers! This place loves dogs.

The male worker here asked us if we thought our dog was stupid. Then proceeded to tell us because of her breed he heard they are on the lowest side of this scale. What a jerk! He started with asking if we have ever had another breed in an attempt to see if we would be able to differentiate her from other dogs. First of all, I didnt ask for your ignorance or for you to approach us. I will never stop here again. How can you be so ignorant and rude to a dog owner and work in a dog store? My dog spits out your treats anyways.

Our German Shepard Mix, Easton, has had SO many health issues. We appreciate the Paw Depot and their advice. Julio has been dead on with her symptoms every time (specifically when dealing with/ overcoming allergies). His holistic approach paired tradition veterinarian medicine has made Eastons life well balanced. She hasnt enjoyed everything he suggested, but his return policy is so hassle free. We recommend Paw Depot to everyone we know. Thanks for all your guidance...there is No way we could do this without you!

Giulio is awesome and has helped both mine and my moms pugs out tremendously! My mom has a senior pug and has had some health issues but once we got help from The Paw Depot he was like a brand new dog! Love that their products are natural and arent made with a bunch of ingredients I cant even pronounce. They genuinely care about all the animals that come into their store and I know they work with rescues and do a lot for the community. Great place if you want high quality stuff for your fur babies!

Julio is absolutely amazing!!! He has helped my two dogs stop itching by simply changing their diet. I was paying for expensive food from the big box that claimed to be grain-free etc. Using the food Julio recommended I not only saved money but my dogs stopped itching and also look healthier. Our family appreciates the love and care from The Paw Depot.

My kids beg me to stop here every time we drive by. It is like a candy store for pets (but healthy!) and we LOVE learning everything there is to know about our dog and how to care for him from the owner. He is so nice and spends time really helping and teaching each customer who comes in. I wish there were more business owners like him!

Exactly what the others said. Giulio is so knowledgeable, he should be the worlds go-to for dog advice, lifestyle and nutrition questions. He has taught me so much and as a med student, helped me have the perspective that dog and human health correlate in many ways. Its a joy to come to Paw Depot.

Giulio and his crew are always very attentive and knowledgeable. They have a service dog at the store, a Bouvier named Reagan, who is great with the kids. I bring my kids by all the time, they make everyone feel welcome. Their macaw, Samba loves to mimic the kids, who always have a lot of fun.
