Usually great but I ordered a product and meant to purchase two. I called right after placing the order and the status said "pending." I was told it was to late, I can not cancel or add to the order so I needed to pay to ship it back or pay additional shipping and place a second order. If the purchase is FINAL they should say so. If it says PENDING on my end then they should allow me to make changes. Its frustrating that I have to pay shipping twice for the same order placed within hours of each other. Especially when shipping costs almost 1/2 the cost of the product I am buying!

Ive used revival once with a positive experience, second time around, horrible. Placed and order THURSDAY MORNING, never received a shipping confirmation until MONDAY EVENING. Because of their screw up, I had to go elsewhere for vaccines. When I called to cancel my order, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and gave me an attitude over THEIR problem. I will NEVER use Revival again.

Ive been ordering from Revival for years and have always been satisfied with their service and products. Recently one of my dogs has been prescribed meds that he needs to take on a regular basis. Theyve been prompt in contacting the vet for refills, as well as shipping the meds out. Online chat is just as easy as calling. Rare to find such great service.

Highly recommend them. If you are not happy about something call and talk to a pet care member. I will get all my dog supplies through them.
