The WORST customer service Ive ever experienced in a store of any kind. The lady behind the counter actually said to someone "we get so much business, I dont need yours". That was in response to a woman who special ordered a case of food and they sold it before she had a chance to pick it up, which was a day after it arrived. She drove up from North Port, about 30 minutes away. 3 months ago, this same woman asked my friend where she got her puppy from. She told her and the woman berated her, saying that it was a puppy mill and went off on my friend. Well, we havent been back since, until today. We were close by and I needed some dog food thats hard to find (Weruva). They had a sign saying if you buy any case of canned Weruva food you get a small bag of dry Weruva food for free.... those were the exact words on the sign. The SAME lady as those two previous incidences I mentioned waited on me and said I could only get the venison dry dog food mix, not the chicken one I had selected. NO WHERE did their numerious signs say that. I told her she should fix her sign. She refused to honor the promotion and would not allow us the chicken flavor. Her response was "do you want it or not, Im busy". I told her no, left the store and will NEVER return.

Excellent knowledgable staff greet you the second you walk through the door. The gentleman who helped me yesterday was a retired vetrinarian. Every single person in the store knows exactly where each item is and can provide quite a bit of information about each product. Im transitioning my dog back to raw food (we stopped for a short time due to price and availability). I was really excited to find this store and see how much more variety they have over your typical pet store. I purchased Stella and Chewys food which my dog LOVES and I also was given several free samples of different brands at check out.

We love this place. They have what we need, what we want and the prices are pretty good too. The people are very friendly and helpful. I needed some advice on new pet food for my puppy growing into a dog. I found advice and help. The big box pet stores have nothing on this place. (and the Yippy sticks are Brunos favorite by far!)

I went in there a little confused as to what food was best for my puppy. He was starting his teething and I didnt think he was eating well because his little teeth were bothering him. I got some great suggestions from a girl there and she took time explaining everything to me. I left there satisfied I got the best food for my puppy

You cant beat the prices, but the selection of higher-end foods is somewhat limited. No poor quality foods here, though, either.
