Went in to purchase a ferret. One employee was very knowledgable and spent lots of time discussing things and answering my questions. Then, I was referred to another employee that was "more informed" about the ferrets and she wouldnt even look me in the eye when I asked her questions. She was so negative and rude to me I was turned off to the whole store after this encounter. I couldnt fathom giving them any more of my money after being talked down to.

We just went into this store for the first time this last weekend and had excellent customer service! Both associates we talked to were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We went to Petco after being disappointed at Petsmarts variety of dog toys, leashes, and collars. We found what we were looking for at Petco and even found out about their free weekly puppy play time! Well definitely be back for that and many more dog toys Im sure :)

We had the BEST SERVICE from Petco in Bismarck when we needed information regarding gifts/prizes for our company picnic. They went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. The "Animal Manager" (her name is Atlanta) was so accommodating and helpful as were other members of their staff. We know a lot of pet owners and will be recommending Petco to all of them! Great people ! They are all very smart in their own way about the store and animals in it and the lady who commented bellow, lol YOU CHOSE HOW SHORT YOU WANTED IT!! they have a hair chart to show you before and everything and I saw your dog and he looked very nice (: he was deffinatly not shaved all the way LOL Silly people

My dog was groomed by Casey, I was worried that it would have to be a really short cut because I knew he was matted. She said she would do her best to keep him long and when I picked him up I was so happy! She kept his hair about a half inch long and he smelled wonderful. I would recommend Casey anyday!

Groomers know one cut - completely shaved! Vision impaired cashier has a smart mouth & a bad attitude! Manager is a JERK & actually said he was trying to be nice to me! Dont let these people anywhere near your pet!
