After I decided to upgrade my pets diet I did some research, and was left with piles of notes and lists of recommended food brands, but felt overwhelmed and confused. Katherine at Just for Pets helped me make sense out of all of it. She patiently helped me sort out the pertinent facts, was completely non-judgmental, and provided me with several alternatives and options after learning more about my pets current diet, age and health, all the while keeping in mind my budget. She provided me with sample food packets and cost-saving tips, and even hand wrote a feeding instruction chart for me so I could transition their diets appropriately. Ive been a loyal customer ever since!

This is terrific place to go to buy things for your pets. The owner is super friendly and very informative. He carries the brands that are good for your pets and takes a genuine interest in all pets. Ive found his selection to good, but it cant really compete with a big box store or a really big store. He makes up for it in spades by offering better quality products and with the new larger location, he still has a pretty good selection.

Nice neighborhood business down the street and nice people (4-5 stars) but the pricing on pet food is 25% higher than Tomlinsons (1 star). I special ordered a 30 lb. bag of food and was quoted one price, but upon arrival it was $15 more than quoted from a different individual. No interest in sticking to quoted price, but I was offered a 10% discount which made it better, but not enough for a return visit. Oh well...

We may only have a few shops on Far West but for lack of selection we have quality. Just For Pets is just that. The owners truly have a passion for cats and dogs. Great selection of specialty treats and foods for that best friend or cat. Pricey but worth the convenience and friendliness. They also have grooming. Always friendly!

Just cant find a pet store in Austin that cares as much about my 2 dogs as this place! Been shopping here for 2 plus years and I still look forward to each visit. Ellie and Rajah, my 2 boxers probably like all the free treats that Jim the owner lavished on them. Definitely one on MY reasons that I love living here in Audtin

Jordan does her own thing there off on the side or something. She chooses her prices for people. Had a bad experience.And all this happened before I stepped foot in the door. Kind of stuck up in my personal opinion.

Nice place to find a nice toy for your pet, but also a great place to buy a cake for your dog!! Cakes, cupcakes and treats for your dog and they love it!
