I have used Tractor Supply in 4 different states for the last 15 years. The stores are always clean & the staff is quite helpful! (Even though its usually teenagers.) The only thing that needs work is the registers get backed up but it gets that way at walmart so no biggie. I drive from San Antonio bc my dogs love their 4Health dog food! & its every bit as good as the expensive stuff! My 8yr old white eskie has never had tear stains! (If you have a white dog, that means something!) His coat is always soft, fluffy & shiny! His eyes stay bright & energy stays high! We recently rescued a Schnauzer & he will be getting this food as well! Great store & great prices!

Horrible customer service. I attribute this to poor management. Was 3rd person in line for 20min! I finally left to go buy what I needed somewhere else. The cashier called for backup and nobody came. A new cashier finally arrived and started taking customers from the back of the line. Cashier needed a price check so she left the register instead of asking someone else to do it from that Dept. New cashier shows up and acts like they just hired her off the street. I left, wont be coming back.

Called to ask about a product, to be told someone was looking for it, and put on hold, for about 15 minutes, but when someone answered I had to ask again if they had what I wanted. The guy said they didnt have it in stock after two seconds. Finished driving in, to find it on the shelf. When we tried to address it in the store we felt very brushed off. Needless to say very displeased with the level of customer service provided.

My husband and I came in last week to buy some supplies for our pets we had been to the one in San Marcos and found out they also have one in new braunfels we came in and asked help finding an item the employees were nice and love the store that is stocked. We will be making this our store best prices compared to the other stores around

I am surprised by the number of negative or mediocre reviews. We have shopped here a number of times and always found them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Patient and willing to help find a solution to sometimes tricky problems. Will definitely be coming back.

Dont waste your time getting propane refilled here. Today was my third trip and again multiple calls were made over the intercom for someone to come outside for a refill no no avail. Terrible Service

Friendly staff with a smile ( some times ) ,store has that typical farmer / ranch smell . Makes you feel like you a cowboy well cowgirl in my case lol getting all our farming and animal needs there .

Its convenient to most of New Braunfels and they have most of the important supplies that any farmer or rancher might need in a pinch.
