A friend in Lewisville just told me of a service that Pet Supplies Plus offers. I just tried it. SELF-SERVICE Dog Wash! Amazing, simple, inexpensive, easy. Ive attached prices for the various plans they offer. The more you wash your dog the cheaper it is. For instance, you can wish your dog for $10. With their lowest level plan, you can wash your dog 3 times for $21 (A $9 savings). But wait, theres MORE!! The first wash (in addition to what I just said) is FREE! The savings are more with the bigger plans. I was excited they also carry the dog food my doggy eats, Merrick Grain Free Real Chicken + Sweet Potato Recipe Dry Dog Food, 25-Pound. They offer it at the same price ($53.98) I can get it for on Amazon Prime. Id much rather give my business to a local merchant whenever possible! The dog wash has two wash tubs up high and another two down lower for the larger dogs. Everything is included with the wash - towels, shampoos, aprons and blow dryer. Another reviewer rated the customer service experience low. I found the opposite to be true. Several employees offered to help me and the manager, Brandon Keel, spent considerable time with me explaining the store.

I take my dog here for the self serve washes. Theres two large showers for the bigger dogs and 3 smaller tubs for the medium to small dogs. Then they have 3 shampoo options and 1 conditioner to choose from (no extra charge). $21 for 3 washes. And then of course the more washes you buy the better the deal. Afterwards I always get her one of their special cookies at the counter. This last time I got her a little donut. So cute! Prices are about average when comparing to competitors but keep an eye on the ads for some really good deals. The people who work here are always very nice.

I brought two rescue dogs here to bathe in their self grooming area. First, I love the bath area. Its the first time I used it and wanted to save myself a few dollars and it was totally worth it. The dogs smell and look amazing. Secondly, when this location found out they were rescue dogs they said the baths were on them! I was really amazed with their customer service. They offered to help multiple times. Just very nice employees and a very clean place. We will be back many times.

Convenient, variety of pet supplies, they have a pet washing station, can be pricey depending on what youre looking for, helps to have their perks card because they have a lot of sales and they are almost never busy. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. This location does not have any type of animals on site for purchase which is why Im not giving them 5 stars.

The employees are knowledgeable about products and have given me several product recommendations. It is nice purchasing products from a business that seems to care about pets as much as their bottom line.

Is one of the best pets store. They have a whash station and is very good the best of all the pet shop. They have really good shampoo quality. The prices are the best they have a good variety of dog food. There merchandising is really good. Is very clean and the employees are nice.

Why? Because its the staff plain and simple. The site is clean, not to big, not to small. The prices are a bit higher than other big box stores but hey you get what you pay for so dont be a cheap skate. Hook your pet up.
