I have been a faithful customer for several months; I come in every week and purchase at least two feeder mice, and all of the employees have been very helpful and kind. I bought two hoppers on Monday and within a day one hopper died for reasons unknown. I took the hopper with the receipt back to Fins and Critters and simply asked for a replacement. The owner was working and would not give me a replacement. She offered excuse after excuse why it could not be replaced. THE OWNER IS SIMPLY STINGY AND ABRASIVE. I paid them for a feeder mouse, and I dont think its unreasonable to ask for a replacement when the feeder mouse I bought died before I could feed my snake. I WAS a loyal customer, but Im not sure I want to support a store when the owner treats her clients with contempt.

Bought four hairless from them. All of them where sick and died. One was even pregnant and had her babies just days after i adopted her. She died not to long after having the babies. Im very sad to have lost those girls and very upset that my used to be go to pet store would sell sick animals. They would not refund me for them even though I dished out $60 for the rats. They where also very rude to me telling me it must be my fault they where sick even though id only had them a matter of days. I will never go back to this pet store. Youd think with all the big chain pet stores moving in they would strive to provide only healthy animals and have good workers who arent rude!

Very over priced. I bought my husband a lepoard gecko from there for $80.00 when come to find out Petco has lepoard geckos for only $30. Also any supplies you need for your animal there is over the top priced. A normal size tank the cheapest they had was $100.00 That is ridiculous. So I went to walmart and got one for $15.00 Thats a why better price. Also crickets there are 25 cents a cricket but at Petco they are 15 cents per cricket. Just overall I wouldnt go there again and they sold me iguana food for a lepoard gecko which a lepaord gecko wont eat. I spent about $200 there. For nothing and the wrong stuff. They no nothing about the animals they have there.

Not only were the staff knowledgable about both freshwater and satwater fish but they were also pretty helpful. Our salesperson educaed us on both freshwater and saltwater tanks and made some very beneficial suggestions. They have the best selection of plants and tank accesories. Only complaints, some of the products we bought were 3x as much as Wal Mart, including the fish. Lastly, if you are going to buy a lot of heavy stuff, be prepared to carry it around or drop it on the counter yourself. While they did help me carry over $400 worth of product to the vehicle, I wasnt helped much in that area while shopping. Overall, owners and staff were VERY nice!

Clean tanks and store just do most of my business out of town 1 to 2 hrs away because of the lack of selection of cichlids.The aquarium hobby is dead in lawton Oklahoma and when the only pet store here dont attract Aquarium hobbyist thats not a good thing for the store or the hobby. Cichlids are very popular now especially where I live all we have is hard water that has high P.H. I wish they would run a huge special on 20 gal aquariums buy this tank get 1/2 off fish on your next purchase. Something to attract more to the hobby.

Me and my kids love this pet shop. Would have been a full five stars, but the older lady that cut our parakeets wings and filed his beak was sooo rough with him. He doesnt want us to touch him at all. The female that we got the next day was handled by a young lady and she was so gentel. It shows too because Rio wants nothing to do with us. Jasmine was curious about us right away and shell sit on my daughters finger.

They have been great to us George my bearded dragon and I have been going there for his food and bulbs I get everything he needs from there expect his chopped veggies and fruit lol and I just got a lovely hairless rat she is so darn cute and way to blood smart lol I love fins and critters I would give them more then five stars but sadly it wont let me so ten stars for fins and critters : )

Rude, walked in and the elderly group of employees neither looked at nor acknowledged myself or other customers but continued talking amongst themselves. The younger workers atleast said hi but not much else. I wont offer my business now or in the future.

We just bought a ten week old lhasa apso from Fins & Critters. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide us with all the products needed for the new puppy. The lhasa apso was in great health, and the store takes great care of the animals.

They all seemed to care. I had my 150g set up for only one day. They told me not to buy a fish yet. I did anyway. They had me bring in a sample of my water which was not good. Then told me what to fix. The fish is still alive and its been a week

The owner was pretty friendly when the sale was being made, but what they neglect to tell you is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. That disclaimer was not printed on my receipt, and I wanted others to be aware.

Owners & workers are very knowledgeable, courteous, will answer questions and help you learn how to take care of pets properly. Very clean & animals are well cared for. Great place to bring the kids.

Way to over priced and very little knowledge on fish or reptiles, they dont understand way its healthier to feed reptiles frozen mice instead of live
