The people in the inside are always nice and have great customer service. My rating drops because the guy on the loading dock scratched my truck really bad when he was loading hay and didnt say a word. This makes me never want to go back and Im looking at other options.

Excellent customer service. Competitive prices. Most items I checked were the same price as other stores and Amazon. Some things were cheaper. Red light bulbs for incubators were significantly cheaper. The staff is very friendly and have good advice.
