I have been going to this Petco for so long and it use to be decent, now, I hate going. Its just been declining in quality, quantity, and customer service. I go to buy timothy hay for my pet bunny and am so disappointed in the quality, my rabbit hates the food anymore nd I end up throwing away half the bag! I try to go in as soon as a shipment arrives there but the quality is still very poor. Not only that, but the employees are always hanging around in the back, never helping anyone and when they are they sound so depressing and unfriendly. This was my last day going there, I am never going to this Petco again. Lost my business after 5 years.

This place was sad to come into. At first we came in and all the staff was friendly. But looking at the animals was terrible. The water dragons looked like they were starving and one was even face down dead in the cage. All the other Lizards were really skinny and not healthy colors as well. It was really sad to see :(

I had my little poodle/bichon groomed last week and I could not be happier, the young man who took care of her was gracious, gentle and did a fantastic job, the salon was clean and even though I ran late and called he was very assuring I need not worry. Take your dog there with confidence,

Awesomely fast and when I picked up my dog he looked amazing.Before i dropped off my dog i couldnt see his eyes only because his hair was covering his eyes but when i picked him up i could see his adorable eyes thanks to them so you should go there.Id give this place 5 amazing stars!!!

The dog trainer, abigail is the best in Laredo. Awesome with my dog. He learned a lot in a matter of 6 weeks at a very good price. Definitely would recommend for anyone having behavior issues with your dog.

The staff is always friendly, willing to help. I personally recommend this store for all of your pets needs. I normally bring my pet for their grooming services and snacks for my puppy.
