Long, long , time customer of Big R , Wanted to buy a 2.5 gal. jug of Landmaster weed killer Last day of sale 5.00 dollars off. I called to purchase over the phone with my credit card and would pick -up the next day. Manager said no we now have a policy , we can not accept credit cards over the phone, we have been burned by the mexican cartel operating out of Florida using stolen cards to purchase 1000 gallon water tanks and other items purchased over the phone and then . picked up by mexican illegals for marijuna grows in the Pueblo area. We have lost money and we had a staff meeting and have decided to change our policy on over the phone credit card purchaces . Wow,all I wanted was one item for $ 44.00 dollars. Todays technology and they can,t figure out a way to keep crooks away so honest people can make an over the phone purchase, Big R in Pueblo should hire outside professionals to put a workable system together so they wont upset there longtime customers because they lost this one and I would thing many others with that New lame policy.

If I could give them no stars I would the old lady in the front was very rude and they placed the big water feeders in the wrong price spot and when I went up and showed her she argued saying they just hadnt put the right price yet but they have been that price for more than a week and it was there mistake and instead of say sorry we messed up she argued and said I was wrong and its not that price and we waited for her to even find the sign for 30 minutes and to come back and be rude and been on the phone waiting for manager for an hour very rude go to Pueblo west the big R there is way better I hope that lady gets fired there lazy and dont know what there doing there

I miss my younger FFLs. I cannot stand the newer older guys, rude, incompetent, made me feel like a criminal in their trash establishment. Be aware of them cause they will stare at you like youre gonna steal their over priced junk that is always out of stock.
