I called and a lady answered and she clearly was not busy... regardless I had a simple question to ask. I was looking for a very small push nut washer wondering if they carry any??.. (roughly an eighth inch) she had to take my # down for a sales rep to call me back.. For a 2 second question. She waisted more breath on talking to me while taking down my name and # then she would have if she just answered my simple question. Waste of time if you ask me. And Im curious as to how she works there and does not have the proper knowledge of there products.

Horrible. They were rude to EVERYONE & behaved as though we were interrupting their party. As I waited in line to pay for my item and witnessed the onslaught of condescension directed at two people with questions in front of me, I said loudly and with serious snark, "This is why we shop locally instead of at the conglomerates, for the stellar customer service and witty repartee." I went there last summer, 2016 and would never go back.

Had my sister-in-law stop in to pick something up for me. She had a hard time getting waited on. The counter guy didnt really seem to care if he helped her or not. So to hell with Tru-value Ill go to Ace from now on.

i went in to this place, asking for a cut of plywood. they dont cut the plywood. they dont sell cuts um, you have the wood, you have the saws, double your business AND CUT THE WOOD
