Ive found most of the staff friendly until today. I wasnt the one that charged me for more than the items I purchased. A simple sorry goes a long way. Asked for a restroom (theres a slick little snow storm out so traffic is at a crawl) and was told "theres nothing I can do for you" again "sorry" would have gone a long way. The young man was polite and Jessi was polite but always has been. Theyve been my go to for all my projects but I dont feel welcome now. Nice is free

Ive been here several times. The folks are really nice and friendly...however not so much on knowledge of products and exactly what services they actually perform. Wasted my time the last three tines I went in for stuff after I called to see if it was there. Yep...come on in...and when I get there, its not there or a small amount of what I asked for is in stock. Back to Loews.

Friendly staff and it is conveniently located. Some of the products are a little higher priced but if I know what I need and how to install, this place works. Lots of products, but it is small, not like Lowes or HD. Hours are a little tough as they close pretty early. Great convenience and usually has what Im searching for.

Got grief about asking for help because they were a little busy near closing time. This was right after this intercom message: "We will be closing in 15 minutes. If you need help please talk to so and so. Thank you." uhhh......??? Lol
