Weve shopped here for years and have always been treated well... A while back I and several others were sad to think that we were going elsewhere due to a " new family" employee that was so rude... But the last few times we havent seen him and all the employees are great. Their prices are good and encourage you to do your hardware shopping with Rochester Lumber
