Theres no question in my mind... I will be ordering from them again! I recently moved from out of state and a few big ticket items Ive had for some time and many moves had seen better days... time for an update. One of the items, a couch that I had been eye-balling for quite some time and had done extensive research on, showed up on a local furniture website. Much cheaper than anyone else. I needed it really fast since I was getting tired of not being able to put my feet up at the end of the day and my girlfriend was coming to visit in a couple of weeks. The reviews werent the best but I decided to take my chances. The main deciding factor that sold me on them (besides the price) was that when I emailed them a few questions about delivery, they called me back within a few minutes. Nowadays it seems difficult to talk to a human anymore... Dave answered all of my questions and eased my fears about delivery to an apartment on the 7th floor. Most of the other places that I checked with (hence my research) wouldnt deliver but only to the curb or for an astronomical price. I even had to question him about the delivery price since I thought it was too low. Now for the best part. Dave kept me informed every step of the way. It only took about a week to get everything in and shipped to my place. He called me with updates and returned my calls for any crazy question that I had about the process. I shouldnt even call it a "process" since I was the one making a bigger deal about all of it and I was the one worried that something would go wrong. Nothing did... at all. Well, I guess I shouldnt say that "nothing" went wrong... my apartment building double booked the loading dock and service elevator for the time of delivery... crap!! AND I had to get back to work. So now Im freaking out right? The two delivery guys showed up (right on time) and I explained what happened. They took it all in stride and handled it beautifully. They even knew one of the other delivery guys that were helping move in my "double booked buddy." These two guys were strong, fast AND nice. Did I mention that I was also getting a bedroom set delivered too? (I do know I mentioned that my girlfriend was visiting ;) Anyway...It was about 90 degrees out and these guys were fast and careful. It took about thirty minutes to get everything into my apartment, even with having the loading dock and service elevator double booked. Probably wouldve taken less. I had to call Dave to tell him how awesome his guys were and how happy I was about his business. Back to work I went (dont even think they knew I was gone.) Now, I cant promise everyones experience will be this cool, I can only tell you how mine played out. All I know is that they now have a customer for life... as long as I stay in the area at least... and I hope its for a long time because so far... Philly has been great!!... I am a Giants fan tho... shhh... dont tell anyone... ;)

My wife and I had a terrible experience last year and I was done with them and an even worse experience this year. Delivery was horrible!!! I wish that I could say that the time window was s large gap....but delivery last year took days beyond the promise date. My daughter was sleeping on the floor in our new house at the time so I put her bed and dresser together as well as my wife and I bed together so that we could have something to sleep on....as well as our sofa. I WAS DONE with VIP. I told my wife not to deal with them again......... But because of her 30 dollar credit left after finance.... We went back for something small..... The wife decided to do more major business with VIP again, so we did. Some how a 100 dollar down payment transaction on my debit card turned into A 602 dollar transaction. Wiped out my account completely. Okay, even still I gave the merchant the benefit of the doubt....human error. They said that they reversed the charges back to the card and THAT IT would be back immediately. I called the bank to find out that they didnt see where it was reversed just that there was a 602 transaction at the VIP FURNITURE store. Long story short....... Still no refund from VIP store. AFTER merchant called a week later and said that he mysteriously found the money in their account and that it would be refunded IMMEDIATELY. Still no refund from VIP a month later!!! The bank very patiently explained everything to us from start finish and come to find out, they are ignoring the banks phone calls and the bank comes up short also and thats the end of the story with no repercussions to VIP and VIP knows this...... So BEWARE of the oooops, I accidentally overcharged your card for an extra large amount we will reverse it immediately scam. I agree with the other review......if you see a good review about VIP........ they are employed at VIP.

Hi, I wanted start by I have been dealing with VIP furniture Outlet for almost 2 years and it has been pleasant especially when I talked to (Dave). My first purchase was a chrome lap set for my mother. It was inexpensive and had very quality look to it. Until this day my mother loves the lamp set and has not had no problems. My second purchase was a dining room set. It was very nice heavy marble set no complaints . Prior to using the dining set I had did research on how to upkeep marble table or granite tops. Also, called to ask how to take care the set I remember Dave telling me exactly what to do and what not to do. So far I had the set for about a year and it has held up pretty good. Third purchase was a bedroom set with the mattress and I love this set so much. The frame work is super steady, reason I tested it and because I did not put it together. Which i think is great if you dont have anyone to help you or your just busy. After I brought sheets and pillows for my bed and it all has been great. Everything I brought from VIP Furniture Outlet has great prices and have held up very well. I will definitely buy again. Want to say its always best to ask a lot of questions before purchasing and keep a open mind if you dont know something. We bought a new Coaster bedroom set, Coaster leather sectional, Ashley coffee table and end table, a Coaster dining table, chairs, and buffet, and a Sealy mattress, and we could not believe how low the price was (easily $2000 less than the next cheapest store) compared to every other furniture store we had visited! The furniture arrived quickly, and the store staff delivered it to the house on-time. They set it up for us, and didnt even complain when we kept moving it around in the rooms until we liked the placement. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. The quality of the furniture we chose (thanks to the store manager who made his recommendations for the best companies for each type of furniture set) is fantastic and we could not be happier with our choices. We highly recommend VIP Furniture Outlet to anyone.
