Worst customer service ever!!! I had my furniture on layaway, paid it all off waited a month and still have yet to receive my furniture. I asked the guy who work there "Moe" why my stuff havent came and he says his delivery guys were not in... He did not appologize for my inconvince and would not refund me... I would not recommend anyone who wants respect to do business with this store.

I like VIP furniture I was able to purchase a lovely dresser from them that was two years ago when I visited recently I came in and the salesmen really didnt want to help me so it was a big difference in the customer service department
