I bought new furniture from Sam and Jim at Roman Furniture 25 years ago in our last house and again 20 years ago in our current house. We had probably 2 customer service issues in that time and they were handled very professionally and with courtesy each time. We had a small problem with our Flexsteel sofa which was handled quickly. Flexsteel carries a lifetime guarantee. Actually our first purchase was a sofa with an issue not covered by the guarantee but Sam still made good on it. Ill never forget that. We know we are hard on our sofa. I think we spend more time on it than our bed. This is why we went back to Roman to furnish our current home. Every piece in our house is from Sam and Jim. Ive recommended friends and family to shop there. We are going there today. We want to replace our family room sofa. We know what we want and are so anxious to do this. Sam and Jim are real aces. Roman Furniture is an old name we trust. Go to any "real" furniture store. Then go to Roman. He will save you on that same item. Went to Bobs. Junk no name furniture with minimal guarantees. They want to sell you in store 5 year guarantee. Any problem Ive ever had was well over 5 years. Bobs will tell you their furniture is made by lazy boy."Yeah-no" I dont believe Roman can get you the junk seen at the "Bobs" type outlets. I may be wrong because they told me to go elsewhere, copy down the name and model bring it in to Roman and theyll get it for you at a savings. I know from experience that goes for real name furniture, just not sure with the no name stuff. Roman furniture. Great products. Great prices Great service. Honest sales people.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sam at Romans for over 25 years. I have purchased everything from furniture, hardwood flooring and carpets for my home and everything has been of the best quality and fair prices. He serves his customers well and has always looked out for my best interest. He knows the meaning of good customer service. Thats why Ive always come back to him to do business. romans furniture and carpet have poor customer service reps they are ignorant and rude and they dont care about thier customers they r poor in treating their customers w/ respect i have turned them into the better busness bureau and i am allso turning them in to the irs they need to be investigated for thier actions i know first hand they are robbing the irs and because they lied to me i need to get the irs involved coleen price caramandi

Ive purchased family room furniture, dining room furniture and recently had hardwood floors installed. They sell high quality products at great prices. The hardwood floor in my family room looks amazing. Sam and his team know the products. If you looking for quality, great workmanship, knowledgeable sales person, I would recommend Romans.

We had our carpets cleaned, including stairs, high traffic family and a bedroom. We have had a carpets cleaned before , but not like this. They look BRAND new. WE had two puppies also and you can imagine what that does. So for the carpet to look brand new like just installed new. If you go with some one else you will be disappointed!

In almost 30 years of doing business when I needed to, they are #1 in. my book. Heres to many more years.
