Bought a recliner at their Bolingbrook, il store. After 14 months Tate fabric on the leg rest started to rip. Called customer service. Told me out of warrantee and it would cost $109 in service plus parts. Asked him if I bought the ultra shield. They told me yes but it would probably not cover. Called ultra shield required me to leave a message and they would call back in 2 days. 3 days later I called. Again and line was busy all day. Called customer service again. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. Told them just to fix the chair. Waited on hold until they could take pmt for service. Said that the service company would call me to schedule an appt. in two days. Asked him what number they would call he gave me a number I never heard of. Gave him the correct number. They are rude and incompetent and I will never buy anything from La z boy again.

I like this place better than Darvin, they have better quality furniture. The sales people understand when you say "just looking." Its a smaller store but offers more customizations.

Lots of furniture options. I found two chairs and a couch there. Parking lot is small though.
