Worst place ever , bad attitude from 3 different employees but the absolute WORST was Cone D. ( Supervisor ) She had the worst attitude when I check out. I pick a floor sample that was $1.78 and since I dint have the skull # and she was too lazy to go back and get it , she told me I had to paid $6 instead of the asking price . So I said forget about it . Its bad enough that I had to paid for my sample floor since they have "FREE " sample floors in home Depot anyways. So she proceded to make fun of me and make stupid comments with her coworkers out loud and all off them start to laugh . Not to mention that I was with my wife and 4 year old daughter .This people that work here are "TRASHY " and Disrespectful so if you want bad customer service. ***GO TO HOBO***

★★★★★ a week ago Purchased LW Mountain flooring with a 50 year warranty from HOBO 6 1/2 years ago and the finish is wearing off. HOBO contacted LW Mountain and they sent out a rep to inspect the floor. He was looking for any reason not to honor the 50 yr warranty and became very condescending when asked why a product with such a warranty would have its finish wearing off after just a little over 6 years. I have several other hardwood floors ranging from 10 to 18 years old that are in excellent condition.from other manufactures. I hope HOBO has better luck with LW Mountain than I did. I will never buy a LW Mountain product again. Take a look at the pics.

Absolutely terrible service. All time frames provided to me for my cabinets were incorrect and it took 4 calls before I finally called a store manager to get a time frame. Oh I forgot to mention I had to wait an hour before I was able to just order and pay for a previously designed kitchen order.. I will never purchase a thing from them again. I will admit the prices are not bad but not worth the nightmare Im going through. I havent had a kitchen for over a week because of this.

So i found tiles!... Asked to put boxes aside for my client to pick them up and purchase.. They had no record or nothing that this was set aside/ and or put in the system. I was there, i saw a worker make sure/ and i even filled out a request form... Client walks in, and no one knows what is going on. I put tiles on hold at oaklawn, no clue whats going on either... Its a disaster! Never purchasing here again! rather go somewhere more organized!

I recently shopped HOBO for bathroom remodel in one of my investment properties. Service was great. Helpful staff that knew the products. Helped measure, find similar items. I purchased everything and asked them to hold it overnight so my handyman could pick it up. He arrived in the AM and everything was ready to go. He was in and out in minutes. Very important when I pay him by the hour. I will definitely shop HOBO again.

Remodeling a condo. Went to check out different flooring, tile and vanities. Picked some tile and flooring to use as examples in the condo. The manager saw what we were doing and told the cashier not to charge us for the samples. What an awesome gesture. Ill definitely do all our shopping there.

Worst return policy ever. If you go there to buy something you better make sure youre keeping it forever before you pay for it. Ive never dealt with such frustrating managers in trying to return something never even used.
