I woke up this morning with another back ache from a sleepless night. My car drove itself to Mattress Firm, I was determined to find the perfect nights sleep. It was a foggy morning as I entered the store as it opened at 10am. I was immediately greeted by two handsome gentleman, Nathan and Chris, with excitement in their eyes. A morning of perfect of answer and questions paired with a plethora of health information. After having an idea of the brand and style of mattress, I "tested" the three available models of the TemperPedic to fit my lifestyle. I was turned on to investing in the adjustable base with massage. I felt zero pressure to commit to any upgrades, however, after hearing all the possibilities, I could not turn my back on any of them. After receiving the incredible financing, I walked out of that store excited knowing that my new mattress was going to be delivered later that night.

I needed a new mattress and my dad heard Mancow talking about mattress firm on the loop, so we decided to give it a shot and went to the one in New Lenox. I am so glad we did because the customer service there was great and I was able to get the perfect mattress for myself. Nathan greeted us as we walked in and he was so helpful! He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the mattress that was right for me. He worked with us on pricing and making sure I got the mattress that fit my needs. He also gave us suggestions that would help make my mattress last for years to come. Needless to say we had a very good mattress shopping experience and I now get great sleep because my new mattress is awesome! I would highly recommend Nathan and this store to anyone!

I know everyone jokes that we have too many mattress stores but this one is legit. We had been talking about getting a new mattress for quite awhile but hadnt really done anything about it. Then one Saturday afternoon we were getting tires down the street and decided to wander in and guess what, we left with a new mattress and are sleeping better than ever. Rich the manager and also the sales person we dealt with was very honest and fair with us. He got us in a great bed for a good price and never pushed us or made us feel like he was trying to "sell" us. And they really do price match its not just a gimmick. So far we have had nothing but a positive experience and I would definitely recommend stopping in to see them when youre in the market for a mattress.

Yesterday my wife and I went looking for a new mattress and thought it would be an overwhelming experience but it wasnt. As we the entered the store we were greeted by Nathan and he started to explain the color coded system. There were so many mattresses to choose from but by trying one of each of the three colors we were able to immediately determine what we liked. From there we were able to find a Tempur-Pedic mattress that was just right for us. Nathan and Chris (the manager) were very informative with no sales pressure. They were able to conform to our schedule for delivery. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend MattressFIRM to our friends and family especially this particular store and staff!!

Stopped by the store at 581 East Lincoln Hwy. in New Lenox Illinois just to get some information. Its been 15 years since we purchased our last mattress. Had no intention of buying tonight. Turns out we had such a great experience working with Nathan that we did, in fact, buy a new mattress/box spring set. Nathan was knowledgeable and there was actually no pressure to buy. We were given time to make our decision. From the time we walked in we felt like we were old friends. Nate and his associate Chris made this easy. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and Nathan!

My husband and I went in to look at mattresses and ended up leaving with more than we expected. Nathan greeted us as we walked in And was very knowledgable, he answered so many of our questions, even ones I didnt know I had yet! He did a great job explaining all their warranty info and how they differ from other stores all while we had a slightly crabby child who just woke up. I would recommend this store and Nathan to anyone.

Visited multiple mattress stores in Joliet and New Lenox and this store was by far the best! The store manager not only had great customer service, but was knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect bed! Prices on the queen mattress set purchased were not only price matched, but beat. Definitely will be coming back in the future and I recommend this store highly!!

I hadnt got a new bed for like 10 years now and my boyfriend and I went there to get a bed. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and helped out immediately. Chris was AMAZING along with his colleague Nathan in helping us find the bed we needed and still keep it in our price range. They went above and beyond to help us. We couldnt have asked for anything better.

Helped us choose a bed that was exactly what we needed. He and his manager, Chris, even managed to get us same day delivery. The delivery team was also excellent, very considerate and friendly.

I went in with a mattress in mind, a Tempur_Pedic Prima. But by the time I was done realized that it wasnt the one for me and I ending up with a Contour Elite Prime which I like much better. The service was great and the salesman Nathan Tavarez at the New Lenox location was a sweetheart and helped me out.

Nathan is the greatest. He arranged to have my daughters and my mattress delivered the same day to the home we had closed on 1 hr. prior to stopping in the store late in the afternoon.
