We read Marisas comments and had to respond. Ive done business with Scandinavia several times since 1991. Carol, the owner, and her staff have always been helpful and accommodating, even when the store is busy or were just browsing for ideas. Their selection is very special--its always been a treat to visit. Delivery is excellent--the delivery people are friendly, professional, careful and unrushed. We consider Scandinavia to be the finest Scandinavian furniture store in southeast Wisconsin. The comment on the "aggressive" dogs made me laugh out loud. The owners two dogs are so low key that one could easily explore the entire store and never realize they were there. If you do manage to find them, both dogs are pleasant and exceptionally well-behaved. We rather like them. Although the store is an older building that is not handicap accessible, we will leave our son to roam the first floor in his wheelchair while we browse the upper floors. Staff has often spent time showing us catalog photos and brochures for furniture available to order (again, even if were not buying that day!). Were sure they would take the time to do this for anyone who could not climb the stairs to look at the entire inventory.

Stopped in this store recently and they are not handicap accessible. Staff is extremely rude and there are agressive dogs in the store.
