This furniture store doesn t know the customer right or customer satisfaction. we went there to buy the ashley bedroom set worth more than $3.5K. Initially they offered very good attractive price but then they started cheating with us. when we put the order, he mention everything in the invoice copy with the part number and everything but the copy of that invoice which he gave us didn t had any description in it. When i noticed that after going home, i called that person to give me the copy of invoice which i signed, he refused to give me that. in my copy he mentioned that bed, dresser mirror no actual part number so if they deliver me the wrong product, how would i verify that? i think customer has right to ask the exact duplicate receipt of what they sign but sale person told me that COMPANY POLICY IS NOT TO PROVIDE RECEIPT TO CUSTOMER . That means i have to gamble my $3500 with them to see if they deliver the correct bedroom set or not. and if they deliver the cheap bedroom set in $3500 than also i have to accept that since they dont provide the part number invoice to customer. After this, i said i want to cancel my order and give me the security deposit money which i gave at the time of order and refuse to give me that money back and said you have to buy something from the store to get that money back. THIS PEOPLE ARE REALLY REALLY CHEATERS, THEY WANT TO GET THE FULL MONEY BUT POSSIBLY WANT TO GIVE U SOME CHEAP CHINA MADE FURNITURE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I GAVE ONE STAR BUT THEY DESERVE NO STAR AT ALL.

Went into the store to buy a table and chair set that was advertised on the web-site for $279. When I got there, they said they had to order it. I mentioned the price i saw online and the salesman said it was wrong. I even showed him the website, he acknowledged the price, and then said that there was no way they would honor it. The salesman was rude, over and over saying it didnt matter what the item was listed at, they wouldnt sell it to me. After asking for a main office number to talk to someone a little higher up they would only give me the number for the store we were in. The store manager was even sitting right there and did nothing to try and fix the situation. I later called another of the stores and they told me there is nobody that ensures that complaints in one of the stores are looked into, each store does its own thing. I might be wrong, but not honoring advertised prices is against the law.

The service here is so bad that I cant fathom how the salesman we dealt with is employed. We were ignored completely for 15 to 20 minutes. We were them spoken to rudely and abruptly when we inquired about making a purchase. When I said that another store was selling the item for about 35% less, I was accused of lying. I provided proof and inquired about a better price. I was told to make my purchase at the competitor. Really, these people dont want your money, so dont try to give it to them unless you enjoy mistreatment.

I would recommend you to buy from somewhere else. The manager "Sean" doesnt want to work with you after the order has been placed. Horrible customer service and attitude of not listening to customer. Sean doesnt show any willingness to understand the customer issues once the order is placed. You always count on after sales customer support and service from any store that you have spent few grands. So, try to find a better place with better customer service.

The staff were helpful. I paid pretty much the sales price for a three piece furniture set, but they helped me out with cutting the tax and delivery charge. They also delivered the furniture the very next day! I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with their service.

Got my entire apartment furnished with them. Best services and unbeatable prices! The manager was especially nice and our salesman was just wonderful and kindhearted. They did their best to give us the best customer service. Loved everything!
