RUN from this store and his owner/manager Janusz Buczek (he names himself John). DO NOT ever buy anything from there. He is the biggest liar and dishonest person Ive ever met. First my furniture I ordered came TWO months late! He was promising its coming every single week and it took TWO months! While his guys were setting up my bedroom they scratched my brand new hard wood floors in like 5 spots and my freshly painted wall! They did not even finish setting up the bed, leaving the light cords scattered and the lights not set up and not working, missing like 5 screws from the bed leaving it all dangling and loose. John came already 4 times to "fix" the bed taking it apart (making it from brand new to already used) and its still not done!!! He keeps lying that he ordered the wires/cords for the bed light which he burned himself while trying to set up!!! SO after 5 weeks the floors are not fixed (and he does not want to pay and does not give his insurance information) and the bed is still not set up! He wrote an empty check for the floors material that bounced and I got a bank fee, and now he is not taking responsibility for the floors at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!! You will loose your time and money! All the furniture he is selling is ONLINE and you better google it first because you will find exact same prices or even better deals, but most importantly you will be insured by the online professional companies. This guy can send you the furniture that does not even look like what you ordered and he will not take anything back! My dresser is still "coming" after 4 months!!!BE CAREFUL!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!! UPDATE- Again DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK! After 6 months I still dont have my bed fully set up and no dresser! He was sending fake tracking number and saying that the dresser is coming, but it never did! And after another 3 weeks he said he wont deliver it at all! He burned the wire for the bed lamp (thanks God did not cause fire) while installing and now he tells to come pick up the wire and install it myself, are you serious??? He didnt know how to properly install the wires with the lamp and now tells me to install it myself (putting customer in danger), and this is his responsibility to set the bed properly! All I want is to return the bed and get my money back because he took it apart and set up the bed 3 times! So basically I paid over $2000 for used bed and still not fully set up, making noises and gloss coming off. After writing an empty check that bounced for my damaged floors, now he is lying that he did not do it, really?? Wrote an empty check for the damage that he did and now doesnt want to take the responsibility, not even paying the bank fee that I got! My insurance took care of the damage and will go after him. And he is harassing me now to delete all the reviews and pay him $40,000 because he is losing customers because of that! He is telling that he will go after me and all my assets and that I will lose everything I have!!! This is the store owner/GM Janusz Buczek who is telling me all this! Total retard! Never dealt with the worst “business" man and I hope that I will save peoples money, time, and nerves! I bet he makes money out of people that dont know the language and cannot fight back! Its not the case with me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Check for prices and better deals online! The quality is not worth the money! And save your time and nerves!

Terrible owner...right from the get go he was giving us an attitude...why we want that color? why this kind of style etc...and then our 3 and 6 year old girls where playing around the store and he told us that we should take them to the park if they wanna play not at his store...I told him I decide what to do with my kids, he said we should teach our kids how to behave...and he starts basically arguing whit us about my kids....horrible...and the kids were just kids...they did not do anything...they did not even climbed and started jumping on the sofas like little kids...he is not worth spending your money with. I can only imagine how he will treat u if u by something from him and something goes bad...good luck with that :)))

A terrible place, terrible owner of this store. Sly deceiver. Never buy anything from him. He deceives people, assuring that he has quality furniture, and furniture as a result of horrible and not high quality !!!!!!!!! There are one pictures in the catalog, but in reality another. Another color, quality and even design. Im not very happy with this purchase. According to his store rules, you can not return or change low-quality products! Think a few times before you buy something from Janusz Buczek and in this store !!!!!!I provide a few pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered!

This store is a racet. All Polish management taking advantage of Polish People who do not speak english well. Store manager Janusz lies about anything you ask him, he says the furniture is the highest quality, it is crappiest junk there is, made in Turkey or middle East just pure garbage, all particle board connected by plastic blocks with some screws. Contract says refunds within 14 days less 20% restockig fee. The store mng Janusz says no refunds. THEY ARE CROOKS and RIPOFF aritist. STAY AWAY!

We bought a great sectional at this store more than 6 months ago. It is high quality and and we had no problems with delivery, assembly or service. Everyone was very nice. Janusz was helpful and the delivery guys very nice (we tipped them appropriately). They put the sectional together in no time. All of my friends ask me where I got my furniture, so I do refer them to this store. It is unique in what it offers. The only suggestion would be to better organize the store. It looks messy.

Horrible services. i was purchase dinning table set , coffee table and mirror at 21 of deceber 2015. but i still didnt get my furnitures. today is 5th of january 2016. already passed 2 weeks. Also i was call this store lot of times. but nobody answer to my call. Just one time he answered my call. then he was reproach also blech to me. I wouldnt buy anymore next time.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a dinning table from this store.I was promised to deliver in 2-3 weeks. Six weeks later never got any updates for the delivery status. I got my money back and will never shop there again
