I have had the very bad experience witih Hobo. I have ordered a furniture set there. I had to wait for 6 weeks for my order. The delivery date was scheduled and then rescheduled again because of their "miscommunication with a driver". When the truck finally comes to my door, turns out that one piece is damaged. I had to refuse the rest because I didnt want headache trying to prove something later. I paid almost 2 thousand dollars but no furniture yet since Oct 14 and I dont even know when I will get it . They are waiting for the call from warehouse and so do I. Meanwhile my handicapped mother is sleeping on the floor waiting for her bed. Bad, bad, bad! The way I see it they were supposed to replace the damaged furniture immediately the next day. The bottom line I am unsatisfied customer regardless what they will do now.

Purchased LW Mountain flooring with a 50 year warranty from HOBO 6 1/2 years ago and the finish is wearing off. HOBO contacted LW Mountain and they sent out a rep to inspect the floor. He was looking for any reason not to honor the 50 yr warranty and became very condescending when asked why a product with such a warranty would have its finish wearing off after just a little over 6 years. I have several other hardwood floors ranging from 10 to 18 years old that are in excellent condition.from other manufactures. I hope HOBO has better luck with LW Mountain than I did. I will never buy a LW Mountain product again. Take a look at the pics.

The flooring manager Patti is impossible. I have already had two worst experience with her. I bought $1500 worth of tiles and one of the boxes had 5 incorrect tiles. Patti would not take it back and replace it with the correct ones. She doesnt understand that wrong tiles in a closed box is not customers fault, but is the manufacturers fault. The other manager understood my argument and accepted the stores fault but didnt replace the tiles saying - "I cannot overrule Pattis decision!!" Avoid this store and go to Villa Park location. Its worth the drive.

First and last time I go to this store. Is unbelievable they way the employees talk to the customers, specially the curly black hair female cashier and the bald head manager. This was the crew of today June 22nd 2017 at about 1pm. This employees should understand that thanks to the consumers, they get a check. I advise to pay a dollar extra elsewhere and receive good customer service in return, like Ace Hardware. -"There is never a second chance for a first impression"

Repeatedly rude staff. Why would anyone shop here? Home Depot, Lowes, and Floor & Decor outshine your pathetic joke of a store with draconian return rules, sub par tile choices, and seemingly TRAIN TO BE JERKS staff, who never know anything about their own products. I am done with HOBO forever. And I still on occasion hold my nose and head over to Menards. Shame on me. But I do. But HOBO? Never again.

Nice store, welcoming people. Went to this location to pick up bull nose for the last minute change we did for a project starting today. They gave us the bunch of bullnose tile that was held for us and then continued to help where needed.

I had the worst experience returning the items because of the Cindy (customer service ) attitude!!! Very rude Lady! I went to Hobo at Villa Park and the customer service was wonderful! I returned my items without any problems.

I noticed that the rugs are very cheap. We bought our sink and vanity here and the customer service was very good. Typically the prices are cheaper than the typical hardware store. We are very happy with our experience.

Hobo is a great place to purchase tile, cabinets and a variety of other items. I have shopped at hobo since they first opened and am impressed with how management has improved operations through the years.

Way more expensive than other stores, went to replace a damaged cabinet that was $90 at another store when we bought it last year except HOBO wants $150 for the same cabinet. Skip this place!!
