I purchased furniture at this location the day before I left town on vacation. I paid my total in full and transported the furniture home myself. While on vacation, I had little to no reception, when I arrived back at home I received 3 voicemails from the store stating they needed to speak with me. I responded to their calls the next day they opened. The representative stated that there was an error on my invoice, it was miscalculated, and that I owed the company $600, and that if I did not come clean with the $600 the sales associates would have to pay the difference. I then said that I did not understand the error and the representative continued to say in a very rude tone that they had been trying to reach me but I had not been answering their calls and then informing me of all their fine print in the invoice regarding mathematics. Rather than having a conversation I felt as though I was being lectured. I later reached out to the store to speak to the the manager about this customer service experience and was informed that it was the customer service manager herself that had originally called me, and she was also the owners daughter. I do not plan on returning to this location, nor would I recommend it to any of my family or friends just for the sheer fact that I felt I was treated like a criminal for a mistake that was made on someone elses behalf.

I own a luxury condo on the lake in milwaukee I ordered furniture from them because they had the best price I had to furnish 3 condos so price was important, because Im super busy I called in my order I emailed pictures of what I wanted so I was nervous how things would play out. To my delight everything came and looked better then the photos. Big fluffy sectional I could actually sleep on. I furnished an entire house for under 3000 and was very pleased. I had an emergency sitatuon and my delivery was schedule for Saturday morning. The owner himself came Friday night and stayed too 11 pm setting up my condo. This is service you just dont get from big retail chains. . I myself am a small business owner and after thanking him for accomediatimg me he said exactly what I say to my customers " I just want to make sure my customers are happy". Yes I had to wait a few extra days for some pieces but the moment they came in the owner personally delivered them. If you miss that old school service you will be happy, my furniture is from Ashly and name brand,not cheap looking. Im happy if you like A-1 service shop at this store. Thank you Tess Wig Milwaukee

My husband and I went to Total Furniture based on a friends recommendation. Upon choosing our first couch, the couch did not hold up well within the first two months because of manufacturer issues. We called with the receipt number to see if they could do anything for us. We spoke with Lesa throughout the entire process. She was efficient at responding to our emails and quick to resolve our issue. The manufacturer of the couch did not suggest much to fix our problem, but Lesa from Total Furniture came up with a fair resolution quickly. Our second couch is amazing and super comfortable. Lesa helped us so much. We would definitely buy again based on the amazing customer service and our new couch is great! If youre looking for great prices for a couch, look no further. It was a wonderful and painless process dealing with Total Furniture.

We went in on a Sunday morning-we were early & they opened the doors for us. We spoke with Nick & he was a great joy to work with-He seemed to understand that my kids are kids and a furniture store is a difficult place to sit still in if your 6 & 8 years old.I wouldve given 5 stars if the grouchy sales ladies understood that as well. The guy in the warehouse was very friendly & new just the way to load our truck(we brought our 8ft pickup from Illinois) I would recommend this business-Great selection, huge selection and the payment process, ladies at the counter & overall experience was GREAT. I have confindence that the furniture will hold up just as well as TFs reputation has.

We walked around to check out the available furniture but it wasnt the greatest quality. This stuff is nice for your first apartment at college but its not great for an established household. If you do buy stuff here you probably wont be handing it down to your children because it wont survive. They advertise low prices and they do not lie. Its the quality that worries me. Remember that you alway get what you pay for. They must be doing something right because they have been in business for awhile but this place is not for me.

Great selection at great prices. Most, if not all furniture is on site which means they can usually do same day delivery or you can take it home immediately, unlike other places in the area which can take weeks to deliver. Ended up going here after Ashley needed two weeks to deliver. Total Furniture not only had the exact same couch, it was hundreds of dollars cheaper and we could take it home the same day!

Customer service when you walked into the store was terrible, two ladies at the desk were talking about a movie, even when we asked about an item, one person pointed to two people to our right and said who is up next. On a good note the sales lady that helped us was nice, but I will not be back. First impressions is everything to me, if you do not have time for me, I will not spend my money in your store.

Sold a dining room table saying we could come back and pick up the chairs when they come in. Well they never came in and Total wouldnt allow us to return the dining room table so now there is a dining room table sitting in a basement with no chairs collecting dust. Pretty expensive dust collector!!

6 years ago we bought multi sets of furniture and use them for special events, so they are transported a lot and get extreme use. There is not one piece of furniture that we cannot use in our own home. They are in excellent shape to this day.

Great selection of furniture. The staff is helpful and they will give you a little room to look but they are right there for any questions. Prices are affordable but they push financing.
