If you havent yet experienced the Ashley Furniture Home Store in Kenosha, WI then you simply must gather the family and make the trip. What you will find is an incredible assortment of furniture and accessories that will beautify your home. Your in store for much more though as you will discover that the staff is very personable and attentive. Pay close attention to the logistics because this brand manifests the sacred of the sacred "imposition", the process of improving something. I say this because furniture is architecture that is crafted as such to make our lives better via ergonomic support, yes its in the "Good Book" a covenant if you will. Next understand that the name Ashley is that of a prophet ~ sacred to every culture on the planet. It is the very essence of the Phoenix metaphor of renewal, it is what the Department of Natural Resources in association with Firefighters prescribes for the land so that NEW life can spring forth. And in linguistics the name clearly manifests the Holy Sabbath ~ the symbolic shell of "me" as you refer to yourself. Youll probably need to learn what origin and orientation actually means to fully grasp this so just know that (A) is origin and think of IT as a Bat. Then juxtapose the notion of "assorted" as it related to the Tab of a document. So make room in your minds temple to clear the meadow so that your brains synaptic gaps can fire up some natural serotonin and put a smile on your face and that of both the Boy and Girl scouts as the troops of the youth "our heritage" utilizes Ash ceremonial to bond, hey the expression "she" and "he" is within the valley alley of "Ashley". Think about IT, and perhaps you will arrive at a 12185 77th State of enlightenment.

We (myself, wife and 3 kids) visited the Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Kenosha, WI, and had a good experience. Bruce was the name of the salesman that helped us, and on the first night we went in, we simply wanted to compare different living room sets (sofa, love seat, tables, and lamps), to get an idea of what we would be spending. We ended up liking two sets, and wanted to go home to think about it: Bruce printed off information regarding both sets for us (prices, dimensions of all furniture pieces, etc), and gave us his card, and also explained what days he would be in the store. I went in 2 days later, told him which set we wanted, and he did all the paperwork, and additionally, gave us a 25% discount on the lamps because we were buying the sofa, love seat, and tables. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star review is the fact that it was mandatory to get it delivered to my house, and that cost roughly $125. If they had an option to pick it up from the store for free, I would have done that. With that being said, the delivery guys were on time, were very pleasant to work with, and placed all the furniture where we requested them to put it. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I went to this location 3 times of which the first two I felt like my money wasnt good enough. The first time I got there a little late because I came from work. The lady was rude. As I was looking around she came up to me and asked if I was going to be making a purchase that night. I told her honestly I was not ready to buy yet. It was my first spot to check out. Her response was, "Oh in that case we do close at 9 so you are welcome to come back another day." Again I understand they were closing, which I had no idea. As I said, my first time there. If she would have asked if I had questions I may have asked. But she was automatically brushing me off. The second time I was there. I looked around for a half hour and not a single person asked me if I needed anything. At least 4 people walked right passed me and still offered no assistance. Whether I needed help or not, at least ask. Im not saying hound me but at least acknowledge me. So the third time I strictly went there to try something out that I bought from another location instead where I was actually treated like a paying customer. Rather than like I didnt exist.

Awful, awful, awful customer service!!! My boyfriend and I came into your store on May 2nd, 2015. Not one employee asked us if we needed help or had any questions, not even a hello. So against our better judgement we decided to do one last walk through right up the middle of the store. We walked through a group of 5 or 6 employees and once again not a work was said. We got three feet away from the crowd of employees, mind you not doing anything maybe one was on a computer doing something, turn around and walked out of your store. I hope youre happy with your employees and want you to know what you lost out on a $3,300 cash sale to Total Furniture. I believe this happened because were a young couple and your employees didnt think they would make any money from us. I will never go to the Kenosha Ashley Furniture again and will never recommend them to anyone and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about our experience.

DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE******* I bought a DuraBlend Sofa from ASHLEY will be five years in next month. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND ONLY EVER PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY. I paid $424.99 plus The 5-Year Guardsman Warranty for $49.99 , $59.99 for delivery, $29.42 Tax for a grand Total of $564.39. The sofa was in the lower level family room. ONE person only sat on that sofa very seldom. The arm of the sofa fabric tore do to poor quality thin fabric material. I have the 5-Year Furniture Protection Plan. A Technician came to look at the Sofa Damage and took pictures back to his Company. Guardsman now say the Sofa "IS INELIGIBLE FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THE RIP ****IS MORE THAN ONE-INCH FROM THE SEAM" I FEEL CHEATED....MY THE FABRIC QUALITY AND.....THE PRODUCT WARRANTY I BOUGHT FROM GUARDSMAN AND ASHLEY. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY AGAIN.

Love, love, love my furniture. To be honest, a weeks after the Br set was delivered, the finish on the dresser started to flake. They took care of it right away! They sent a guy out, and in a few days I had a new dresser. Its been over a year and havent had an issue since. Bought a sofa from "Steinh"., when I realized the cushions were different dye lots, they basically handed me a phone number to the manufacturer, and said they dont do any warranty work, and that it was up to me and the manufacturer to work it out. They were so quick to take my money, but no where to be found when I needed them to back me up!! Finally gave up and put the psycho colored sofa in the basement out of daylight, and went back to Ashely Furn. See Rena. Shes awesome!

I took several months to make my selection of family room furniture. I would like to commend my sales rep, although he did not reach out to me in-between visits. But he did try his best to help me during my visits. I finally came to a decision regarding pieces to buy and color. Once delivered (2 hours late) I am sad to say I am disappointed with size of furniture vs room size, hopefully as time moves on I will become accustomed to this change. Two things I can say if you are buying from Ashley: be sure this is exactly what you want, as they do not take returns and also be sure color is exact as they do not have samples to use prior to purchase. This being said, if I recommend Ashley it will be with caution to these two points.
