I went in to finance a vehicle and thought i was getting a fair deal. The owner dealt with me directly. But the whole time i was dealing with him he insisted on a bigger down payment on the vehicle. When i arrived the first time to check out the vehicle the down payment amount was $1500, i eventually offered $2000 for a payment of $300 a month on a 2004 BMW 530i. The sales man agreed to the verbal terms and later sent me where i met the owner. Dealing with him was like dealing with a greedy, grabbing vulture. he kept insisting that I put more money down on the car but I refused. $2000 was all I had. He later agreed and I begin to do the paperwork. As I was filling out all the paper work I asked if he could take the car and make sure all minor maintenance were done on the vehicle. He verbally obliged but did nothing of the sort. He had the vehicle vacuumed and wiped down , but nothing done about the sensors that were on, too make a long story short, I only had the three weeks and brought it back to the dealership a total of 6 times for them to either reset the sensors, change a warp tire, and A/C coolant. It still need to be inspected, which is the main reason why I making a complaint. The vehicle has not been in my possession for about 5 days total and they tell me it needs further repairs are it wont past inspection which they should have know that before the sold me the vehicle. The establishment as a whole is no good. The front office doesnt know whats going on half the time and the mechanics they have seems to get out false and inaccurate information. Id call several times in a week just get an update on whats going on and no one seems to know anything. The owner is misleading and has bad business ethics. He seems to care nothing of the customers satisfaction and it seems to trickle down to the rest of his staff and employees. Furthermore i just would like for them to repair the vehicle so it will pass States emissions or refund my $2000.00 down payment.

Im sorry but Cynthia if thats her real name is the worst. Like it makes no sense for her to treat people like trash. Im contacting the better business bureau Monday morning. There very unprofessional she called me directly about a compliant that I filed against her about her rudeness . Little do they no that Im the wrong one. And I strongly believe in treat people how you want to be treated they will most definitely be served next week. She was rude to my references, and when she verified with my boss( really where I make my money?), she pulled up my boyfriends background (who did not sign for the car) and exposed his record In front of other employees as well as our children. She then disrespected me on a personal level. So I would say if your interested in getting a car here dont its not worth the stress. And I can garuntee you after I get the right people involved the will wish that they changed things up long ago. As to you Galaxy motors when I asked that Cynthia never contacts me again that she needs to allow another employee to speak to me I meant just that she said she gone call me anyway okay cool but when I call she keeps hanging up in my face .... Where they do that at? Im leaving 1 stars every where I see this company name even if its not yall they will suffer because you all are by far the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. I will personally make my payments in office so that yall can see my face once a month and know not to try me. Now every one else I hope yall have a blessed day.

Horrible customer service after they get your money and the Owner whom i dealt with personal is the worst business owner Ive ever meet. This place is out to get over on anyone that allows it or doesnt know any better, and it all starts with NASSER( the owner). I advise no one to buy a vehicle from this place, Youll be treated unfair, give serious faulty product and whatever down payment that you may put down for a vehicle rather its $50.00 or $2200.00, the owner himself think its nothing. They will try to get you to put more rather you have it to give or not. They tell you a certain thing and do another, or they will choose not to tell you at all. I really hope that this place is shut down sooner or later if they are going to keep dealing with customers in such a way. The Better Business Bureau really needs to intervene with this company. For the sake of good business.

The lady that works there is rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Their vehicles have high mileage. They dont know how to conduct business in a timely manner. Stay AWAY from them. Ive reported them to the Better Business Bureau! I really hope this business gets shut down but no business should be allowed to treat people like that. The lady there is so racist. She called me quoting my review like I was going to change it. I dont understand how anyone would even hire someone like that. Shes rude. Unprofessional and straight up trash. The biggest mistake I ever done is getting a car from them UPDATE: this business LIED about me to BBB. The moral in this business is honestly disgusting. I will be handling this matter legally now .

I worked with Ben when I went, and I know at least when I read these reviews I think sometimes that there are two groups of people who write them, the people who hate the place, and the employees who write good stuff about themselves. Well I am neither, I bought an 06 spectra there about 3 and a half months ago, and it is a great car. I talked them way down, they gave me an amazing deal. They were really flexible about financing, and took my aircheck texas trade in. They were quick about getting my tags, and always answer the phone when I call. All in All I was satisfied and I used to sell cars. I would recommend the place.

this places sucks. they never sent in my paper work so i could get the aircheck texas thing. and i put down 200$ and they wont give me back my money. and they have the title on the car i was suppose to trade in. the car itself was okay, but still needed a new registration and inspection sticker that they never took care of. and the guy i talked to doesnt even work there anymore! and he has all our paper work. so some other guy said he was gunna call back and he never did. and the manager was very rude. do NOT buy from here. H O R R I B L E.

Please anyone looking for a vehicle do not go to galaxy auto they will screw you over big time I got a car there and it was taking back I had not even had it a month but I want them to know that everyone will find out what kind of people they are fox news has the story and so does the better business bureau also there will be blogs posted on twitter,Facebook, and Craigslist.
