If I could give ZERO stars I would. General Manager Bryan was VERY rude, condescending and arrogant. The first thing, he lied. He stated he only had the car for 2 weeks. I have a friend in the car business who did some research and come to find out he had it since the previous November. Second, repairs.. he would fix the AC but not the front end. They offer a repair service so they can overcharge you and tag that on as an additional payment separate and apart from the already exorbitant amount of the payment itself. I tried to negotiate on the price as it was 16 years old. He would not. The car had many problems from simple things like the radio too major things such as the front end, AC, water pooled in the floor indicating a heater core problem. The people think your stupid and prey on the poor. If you go by their lots (2 ) I know of, all are junk cars. did I mention the Blue book for the car I was interested in was 2k. A salesman at another lot inadvertently told me what they paid for the car. It was $1500. Yet they were trying to sell it with 3 bald tires, dirty everywhere, ac not working , front end issues, cruise not working, panels off, rusted all over for $6995. PLUS tax title and license which they would add to your first 3 payments thereby increasing the car payment on top of whatever separate repair extra payment you have to pay. the first instance I brought a friend along and he interrupted and talked to both of us rude, hateful and demeaning, saying "LISTEN!! LISTEN!!" Now my friend is a supervisor at a large well known bank in the finance department and knows how these things work. WHen he tried to clarify exactly what Bryan was saying and questioning him on the exhorbant price, interest rate, etc Bryan started talking to him rude, hateful demeaning. I am about to go to Law School. My Dad is a Judge in Dallas, so we are not the typical problem people. We like peace, integrity, honesty, fairness and character. Bryan has none of these. We are not usually the one to write reviews bit this situation was so horrible I couldnt let it go. Ive read several reviews that state poor service including one woman and her child he left out in the cold and refused to fix her car, even though she was paying on time. That tells me they state they will work on it, for a much inflated amount, and then dont follow through with their word when the rubber meets the pavement. I suggest all stay away. You SHALL be disappointed. I promise you. One thing I dont lie, cheat or steal, and that is relevant because one could say I had a personality conflict or just a bad experience, but as you read these several poor reviews, the truth becomes clear. Good Luck. I dont know how Prestige Motor Sales stays in business. The customer service is non existent as is the quality of the cars they try to pawn off, and the repairs and service afterward as I have been told by those that made the mistake or didnt have any options because of poor credit. These people feed on that while getting rich. Addendum: I forgot to mention the second instance where I walked in the company office and Bryan rudely said step out in the cold he was on an important call. Anyone with half respect and consideration, especially if your trying to sell a car, would tell the person on the phone he had a customer and would have to call him back. Instead, he told me rudely to step outside. It was 32 degrees outside. So he has lost a customer and several others I know who were looking for cars I have shared my experience, not told them to stay away or bad mouth the company, just about the experience of a lot of people and the truth and facts speak for themselves. get it together Prestige or youll be run out of business. Maybe they need a new manager, He definitely has no people skills, care or concern for others even a woman he left stranded in the cold with her baby.

We purchased a truck from them for our daughter. It did need some engine worked that was hidden from us, but fortunately we have mechanics in the family. Bryan was so nice and cooperative until we handed over the large down payment and signed the paperwork from then on he was extremely arrogant and rude. He spoke down to us as if he was better than us? He certainly is not. Life happened to us & we miscarried our baby late term. Medical bills were mounting up. Our payment was due on Tuesday. I called and told him I would get a money order after pay day on Wednesday and get it mailed in. We lived in Decatur. I did just that, but when he hadnt gotten the payment by Friday (without any phone call or warning) they snuck into our gated community and took the truck away in the early morning hours Saturday morning. He did not believe that I had sent the payment. So fine, I said, you will see when it comes in the mail (probably by Monday) but what can we do to get the truck back today. He said he wanted the full remaining balance of $9800!! If I had that kind of cash laying around do you think I would be paying a payment at a place like Prestige Auto??? That was ridiculous. We were not behind in payments at all except for that one coming in the mail, nor had he ever had to come get the vehicle previously. My daughter took great care of it and had done some stuff to improve the vehicle such as all new tires so I think he just made money off of us and turned around and resold it. To make matters worse....I called on that Tuesday to check if the payment did make it to him because otherwise I needed to track the money order and he informed me he did in fact receive the $300 payment on Monday. After realizing I hadnt lied, I thought he would reconsider his ridiculous request for us to pay the full balance to get the truck back, but no. So I asked to please return my $300 payment at the very least because we werent getting the truck back and he literally just laughed at me and said, "Uh...NO!" Beware of this business! They are out for themselves and themselves only. They do not care about their customers once all the paperwork is complete and you hand them that down payment.

Stay far far far away from this place. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them March of 2014. When we got the car I was told that they would fix it because the service light was on. At the time I was 8 months pregnant with our second child and desperate for a vehicle that would seat all 4 of us. Well they "looked" it over and could not get the light to go off. I was told to go and get it a oil change and the light would go off. It didnt. I did not have that car for a year, and was still having several problems with it that they couldnt fix, when the car finally shut down on me and my children on the highway. Prestige came and towed it away the next day. A month and a half goes by (while Im still making payments) and Im finally told that the car is basically non fixable. There was sooo much sludge in the engine that it couldnt function anymore. Brian said to come up with X amount of money and they would get me in to something else. I already had another vehicle in mind and I was told that I had to go one car lot up and I could get anything there as long as I didnt go over the $795 down payment. I didnt get the one that i wanted at the other lot across town. The lot looked like a junk yard. All of the cars were torn up, had several flat tires and looked terrible. I got the best looking one they had and it was a good car until it rained. The van would bogg down or stall out. I started to have more issues and my husband was trying to keep up with fixing them. My husband and I got to talking and decided that the car wasnt worth the time or money to keep fixing it. The car was having transmission problems and they came and got it 2 weeks ago. Thankfully my husband and I went and got a great reliable car over the weekend somewhere else that actually reports to credit and were paying LESS then what we were with the big headache. We drove by today and the same vehicle that we just gave up was already put back up for sale. I dont think they fixed everything that was wrong with it. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. If you truly value your money and your life, go somewhere else and get a reliable vehicle.
