Buyers beware! Absolutely the worst car buying experience! If i could have gave zero stars or negative stars i would have! I took my daughter and son in law to this dealership to see about getting them their first car (first time buyers), let them know how much down we had to work with and the down payment kept fluctuating beyond what we told them. Each salesman that called said a different down payment. I dont get where they come up with these down payments when we told them a specific amount. Sales people were off work so other salesman were working the deal. No call backs on status and keep having to call them back to get no answers. Promises to call back before the end of the day and no call back. I have purchased many cars and this is by far the worst dealership to deal with! Posting vehicles for sale on their website for sale to show up to look at the vehicle that hasnt been through make ready or have body damage that hasnt been repaired. Was told that the Porsche on the show room floor was repaired. More than likely all their cars had body damage that has been repaired and wont be on a car fax. They even have a $220,000 McLaren on the show room floor that was probably repaired. I work for a plumbing company and we were considering replacing some of our work vans from here and buying my wife a suv from here but after this experience, i wouldnt take a car from here even if they gave it to me! This place is a JOKE!!!!!!!!! Tried to give them a chance and the price for the car on their website was $13750.00 but when it came down to buying the car, paper work was almost $4000.00 more. They said internet price was for well qualified buyers and nothing on the website or on paper work does it say price is for well qualified buyers. They said they dont have to disclose that information...FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Tried to convince me they were losing money on the deal. I call BS! They are an UNHONEST car lot! BUYERS BEWARE! The only thing good about the whole deal was Caitlin Harrington! She was awesome and honest and straight forward! If you decide to buy from them(would highly recommend not buying from them) go see Caitlin!

My purchase went initially well when I picked up a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST (fuuun car). I requested my plates to be sent to my home since I live almost an hour away. That didnt happen. I also requested via email to the salesperson (Carly-awesome by the way) to send me the persons number who does key fobs for this car not once, not twice, but three times with no response until I asked about the plates. People get busy, I get it, no huge deal but the hour drive. Ugh. I arrived and was greeted by a shorter man with a beard who identified himself as a manager (Eric?) He apologized for the plates and non-response and said he would contact the service manager who will get a fob made at no cost to me. I verified he had my info and two-ish weeks later? You guessed it, notta. People get busy I guess... Mike Ivey (GM) eventually got involved after hearing about this and in between all of the Christmas chaos, he made time to make sure it was taken care of. He included his personal contact numbers just to make sure it went smoothly. I hear often a business is changing and becoming better each step of the way, however, Ive seen first hand how this company will bend over backwards over something seemingly trivial. They do it right here and would now feel comfortable in telling my friends about this place when they need a new car. Others have mentioned the staff is young and doesnt seem too knowledgeable. I too was young and inexperienced. It takes time to hone the skill of selling and inter-personal communication. These guys will be doing great a year from now, I have zero doubt in that.

Update: I spoke with Will and he basically showed me i was just a number. So he told me that if i were to pre qualify then it would tell me what i was looking at when it comes to a down payment. I asked a couple of asking because I dont want any hard inquiries on my credit for nothing. Will ensured me that I will be able to get the information before I come in. I gave the infornation needed and he said I will be getting a call back within 30 minutes. Someone in the finance department called me and told me that I actually have to come in before knowing that information. She kept talking while I was talking which I found to be rude. I was asking a question and she actually hung up on me and never called back. They basically ran my credit without my approval because I received an email today at 11:53. They tell u anything just for a sale. They do not care who it impacts. I was actually loooking to do business with them, but they are so unorganized, rude, they dont actually care about u..only your money..etc bad experience altogether. Luis is really rude!!! He just called me and told me I was a liar. He does not know what he is doing and is very disrespectful. When he called, he didnt even realize I was the one he was talking to. He first stated that he received my email on the 300. I told him yes I l know, I have been talking to u! I informed him that I received an email that stated the price went down. He told me he has not gotten a notification and then later on he did say it went down. I dont appreciate him telling me that I was a liar so I hung up.

This dealership does a lot of yo-yo financing and bait and switch routines if you are unsure what those practices are please speak to a lawyer and get educated and informed. If you want honest information and copies of all paperwork signed the day of the deal this isnt the dealership for you and you should go to a more renounced dealer , for example an actual dealer for the car you are interested in or visit Carmax who has no haggle pricing and you can drive off comfortable , knowledgable and with copies of everything you sign. Not to mention when it was time to sign the deal the car was priced at 21,500 and was sky rocketed to 26,000 when it was time to sign paperwork. The interest rate was priced at 18 percent also when my credit score is 701 this practice is often done so the dealer can receive a kickback. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE its not worth it take your time and find a smart honest dealership !!! UPDATE 7/8 Tried to return car today we were unable to do so of course not really surprised. But its great to know I can be a voice after this experience and inform others and help future customers avoid this situation and dealership.

After shopping around for a car at several places I ended up at 360 Smart Car. Hands down it was the most pleasurable car buying experience Ive ever had. Everyone there is so nice and willing to help you without the feeling of pressure to buy a car NOW. I explained what I wanted in a car and gave a price range and within minutes I was shown a broad spectrum of cars that fell within my parameters. I then narrowed it down to about six cars and they patiently awaited while I test drove each one, obviously as any dealership would, but this was different. They didnt go with me on each test drive and try to up sell each car, they let me go at my own pace and take my time. When I got back I had narrowed it down to 2 and the best part was they went over the pros and cons of both cars with me, but it was between 2 cars that had a $5,000 difference between them and I never felt pressured to go with the higher priced car. The dealership is clean, the people are kind and helpful and I couldnt have had a better car buying experience. Thank you Michael Ivey and your entire team for your honesty, kindness, knowledge and patience!
