I drove 6 hours from Little Rock to Dallas to buy a vehicle from EZ-Go Auto Sales. I had communicated with Franklin a few times, and initially had a good feeling about what was about to transpire. When I got to the dealership, however, things ended up being entirely different than I had expected.. First off, Franklin and his staff were very nice and personable. That part isnt in question. The vehicle, however, was completely different than I expected it to be. I had informed Franklin as to when wed be there, but the vehicle was not at the dealerships office when we arrived (almost right on time) - it was at the mechanics to fix some problem that we hadnt been previously informed about. This probably shouldve been red flag #1. We rode with one of the staff to the mechanics to get the vehicle and drive it back. This was after we were told that it was ready the day before. Upon being physically able to inspect the vehicle, it wasnt what I was expecting. In the first two minutes I found a mirror that was damaged and badly touched up with something that looked like white-out and spray paint, an impact mark on the front bumper, a busted wheel well housing where a large chunk of the front was missing, a damaged rear seat, and a missing fuel cap release lever. Then, I drove the thing; It had a noise that sounded like a loose body panel rattling around on the drivers side, it pulled hard to the right, and the interior smelled badly, despite the thorough detailing that it appeared to have had in the photos shown online. The floormats were also missing, but were found to be on the ground back at the dealerships offices. In my discussion with the guy who drove us to the mechanics shop, I found that this truck was likely an auction buy. This was corroborated with my discussion with Franklin where he said that he did not have a service history. There were obviously some problems with the vehicle that were being remediated, but were not quite completed very well by the time we showed up. Theres a big possibility that the issues we experienced were related to this particular vehicle -- there are a number of reviews online here and other places online that report good experiences, and I have no reason to doubt those at all. Additionally, there were a number of vehicles on the lot that we did not look at, and after discussing the issues with the vehicle described above, we were not pressured into anything at all. We left within minutes of returning with the vehicle and found another vehicle locally at a different dealership, which ultimately made our trip a success. If youre traveling a large distance to buy a vehicle from EZ-Go, make sure to get *plenty* of up close photos emailed to you before you commit to the journey to make absolutely sure that you know what youre getting into.

Well, I am a teacher who works with children with autism. I am compassionate and trusting to a fault. My mother passed away this last Thursday and her final wish was to provide a car for my sister who has been struggling to make it since her car died. I did not have a lot of time to do this because in addition to working with children with special needs, I also have three children with Fragile X Syndrome of my own. Not to mention we are still grieving from the loss of my mom. I found a 2010 Ford Focus from EZ GO Auto Sales for a descent price. The owner even worked with us to get the price to a place we could afford. He had listed the car in EXCELLENT condition and I trusted him. He seemed like a nice guy who really wanted to help people. I went up there yesterday morning and gave the car a test drive. I heard a rattle in the dash, but didnt think anything about it. I just thought the dash needed to be adjusted. We purchased the car and went on our way. The experience was very pleasant. My sister went to work. Later that day she took it to a friend of hers to see if he could adjust the dash. He told her it was likely a motor mount and not just an easy fix. The man who listed this car has been working with cars for a long, long time. I find it hard to believe he didnt know there was something wrong with this car. I contacted EZ GO Auto Sales and they have refused to let us swap cars. The owner did agree to split the cost of repairs. However, this was a car listed in excellent condition, so this should not be needed. He has directed me to take the car to Affordable Tire of Pioneer Parkway to get any work done. I dont know if this man is in business with EZ GO Auto Sales. We will see! I will update my review after everything is finished. We will see just how it all works out.

I bought a truck from Ez Go Auto Sales, dealing with Nathan and Franklin. Clean title, good Carfax and AutoCheck reports. Everything went well, until I took the truck to a dealership and the service advisor, after checking under the hood for couple seconds and noticing rust, told me that the truck had been flooded. I called Franklin and told him about the problem trying to work it out somehow. He claimed he didn’t know about it and he tried to convince me that the rust may have been caused by something else. Also, he didn’t ask me to bring the car back to check it out himself, which may be an indication that he knew about the condition of the car and failed to disclose that to me. When I said that I wasn’t happy, and he would get a bad review from me, he just hung up the phone. Don’t trust them, and don’t buy a car from this business. Stay away.

EZ Go auto sales for the most part has some really awesome people! I live in Austin but they had a really nice Mazda 3 hatchback for sale. I asked for some pictures and Jordan sent about 8 to me and they were very helpful! Franklin was able to hold the car for two days so I can come on a day off from work. I was supposed to get the car around 2, but my keys were locked in my car and they helped me out! I had the car previously inspected by another party, but I found more damage to the car like a bad CD player and a passenger window that didnt work right. Sadly, EZ Go said there was nothing they can do... on a customer service side that never bodes well. Also, it took a long time to clean the car and get it ready, I didnt leave the dealership till 5. Some mixed feelings, but overall better than previous dealerships Ive been to!

I purchased an 01 Mitsubishi Gallant from this business. The guy showing me the car, Preston, was very polite, and knowledgeable. The guy who sold it to me Skippy, was extremely rude and inappropriate. The day I bought it I had a diagnostic done, it needed some 500 dollar repair. When I told Skippy, he actually swore at my family and I. I later also find out, the car had an oil leak (for an undetermined amount of time before I bought it) and that had ruined the engine, which I had to replace. None of these things were made clear to me. Skippy is a down right scammer. Dont buy from this business.
