Needed a good used minivan, but had only dealt with large dealerships in past, but saw a good priced minivan on the Z Max Auto website. I thought I would go and check it out. Turns out to be a great car, but more than that, there was not a high pressure sales pitch. Worked with Calvin and Jennifer who listened to us to best meet our needs. They welcomed me to bring my mechanic to go through the car for me. My mechanic confirmed this was a great van. I had a honest fair trusting experience. This was evident when we had unforeseen and unpredictable battery issue right after bought the car. Calvin and his mechanic did not hesitate in assessing the problem and did not hesitate to replace the battery, and just to be sure not a starter issue, they replaced the starter. It was nice not having to play the finance game with a large dealership where the sales person sells you, then dumps you to the finance officer for them to try to get every penny out of you and act like they have no idea what deal the sale person said to get you to buy the car. I purchased a vehicle from Z Max Auto a few weeks ago. Calvin and Jennifer were both awesome. Calvin took plenty of time to understand my situation and weigh my options with the purchase of a new vehicle and if I should trade in my old one. He even offered me advise on how to go about selling my old vehicle which allowed me to recoup more money on it. He didnt have to do this and it didnt benefit him one bit. The vehicle that I purchased was in by far the best condition of all of the ones that I looked at from other lots. They did all of the recommended maintenance to the vehicle before putting it on the lot which Im sure they do with all of their cars. Most dealerships dont do this. They were also very open that if I had any issues with the vehicle to being it back to them and they would take care of it. I recommend them and also would purchase another vehicle from them with out hesitation. When dealing with used cars it is extremely difficult to trust anyone. I certainly trust them.

Id been looking for a particular kind of Smart Car for a few months and when I saw it online at Z Max Auto I gave them a call and they agreed to hold it for me if I paid a non refundable $500 deposit, done. As I live in Arkansas it took me a week before I had time to drive over to Dallas, Texas, to take a look at it. When I met Calvin, the owner of Z Max Auto, he was a really nice guy. Totally approachable. Answered all my questions. Took time to explain all the bits and bobs that come with the car, showed me what buttons do what, how to operate the convertible roof etc. Calvin was very proud of his repeat customers and should the need arise I would happily buy a car from him again. Ive had my car a week now and Im loving it :)

it is damn dealer. after i buy the car. the car broken 4 times. and now i just find more horrible thing that is they sell me a broken key. when he sell me the car. he give me a broken inside key. i just find now. when i go to the dealer office. they dont help me to deal with this problem. so i need pay more than 200 to change a new key. it is horrible dealer. i never buy car from him. i hope everyone can think about that. maybe also after u buy the car from him. they will never help u deal with any problems. from i buy the car to now. i spend so many money to fix this car. i just remind u choose the right dealer. but never is Max ZMax Auto. it is horrible.

I am a first time buyer and I had been looking for months for a nice, used car. I came across Z Max Auto on CarFax and it was all downhill from there. I saw the wonderful reviews and decided to check it out myself. Calvin and Jennifer were amazing in telling me information about the car and different ways I could finance the car so that it would benefit me. I bought a MB C Class C300 Sport Pkg from them and I have to say it honestly looked like a brand new car. If you want quality service and quality cars for a great deal, I highly recommend going to see Calvin and Jennifer. I will definitely be seeing them again in the near future.

Where do I start with Z Max Auto.? I want to first off thank Calvin and his team for assisting me with my recent purchase. I had purchased a beautiful Cadillac CTS from Calvin about a year ago and I was very pleased with his professionalism and honesty. I always said I would purchase another vehicle from him and that time came. I called Calvin up, told him my situation and in no time did he work out a deal for me. Actually, I would like to give them 4.5 stars instead of 5 star however there is not half star option for Google. I and my sister was looking for a new used car to replace her old one. Our overall shopping experience at ZMax was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Calvin is a nice guy who was willing to make deal with us. We did get a good deal from there. If you are looking for a used car in Arlington area, you definitely can try at ZMax.

"Trustworthy dealers". I recently bought a vehicle from them and the dealing went so smooth.
