I have been hearing about this store for years, but today was my first day actually stopping in. I was not greeted at all when I entered. I even stood there for an extra 30 seconds. I looked to the left & the cashier was just sitting behind the register, no acknowledgement. I walked to the right and saw 2 female employees standing there talking to each other, neither spoke to me or smiled or anything. I didnt know which way to walk, so Im sure I looked lost. Zero customer service at all! The store is a good size with a wide array or products. The rooms/areas were labeled (Egypt, Native American, Eastern studies, aromatherapy, etc). The store layout is organized and clean. I almost tripped over one cat because I did not see it sleep in the walkway on the floor. I almost sat my basket down on top of another cat that was sleep in a chair. A third cat ran right past me. Several of the things I wanted were out of stock, just empty spaces on the shelves. I asked a lady what day do they get new shipments in, she said she doesnt know, she just works in the jewelry department. Unhelpful! The store even had 3 separate psychic rooms in the back, one psychic had his door open (I guess accepting walk-in clients). The prices are a bit high (compared to if you order on Amazon or just go to Kroger/Walmart for the tall white jar candles that are $1.49 there but $3.95-$13.95 here at P&D). They had such a neat selection of interesting things, I was amazed. I was a tad disappointed because I didnt see much African stuff at all, no African orisha statutes (unless I just overlooked them). During checkout, the cashier did tell me about a points program, something where you get 1 point for every $20 you spend and after you accumulate 10 points then you get either a $10 off or $20 off coupon (cant remember which he said). This wouldve been a 5-star place except Im not a fan of bad customer service, employees who dont speak even though I saw at least 6 in there and the store was practically empty of customers. I had questions and needed help, but I didnt feel comfortable enough to ask any of them.

This is the biggest selection of occult/new age/eastern/western/ books,CD, accessories, ect, that I ever seen. I found a pendulum chart that Ive been looking for ages (has number, letters, and yes/no) and I found a Crystal Chakra Healing book with a huge selection of crystal to pick from to correspond with my chakras. The people are extremely friendly, one even help me catch the buss back to the station. The prices of the items are reasonable, not high price. The only thing that I found difficult was how their huge selection of crystals were organize. They organize it by color and not buy name which is great when the stones are mostly one color, but not so when the stone could be in between. I would prefer alphabetize and not colorize. Hugest section of Tarot cards and other divination tools, which was amazing to me. I will be definitely come back when I come down for college.

I can appreciate this place because it is a think out the box type of place Soul searching, reach beyond the physical type of place. Tarot cards, stones, candles, oils for money and luck and books on health and cards with your personality traits based on the day of your birth. The place is huge as when you walk in there are tons on displays with all different items. They have some house cats that are really friendly and when I was there a gentleman giving chair massages. Thats worth a visit right there. Or you can just pick up a namaste sticker to encourage yourself to get to yoga. Its a cool spot, especially in Sandy Springs. I want them to serve tea to make the experience complete.

This shop has everything you could want in a metaphysical shop. They have a wide selection of crystals, essential oils, books on every topic, Asian artifacts, and so much more! If youre any kind of lost in the store one of the employees can answer your questions or point you in a direction to answer your own questions. They also have a point system, so if youre a reliable customer you can save a lot! There are several cats on the premise. They keep to themselves mostly, but a few love a good head scratch. But if you have allergies this is something to keep in mind. I love this shop and love spending an afternoon here learning and talking!

Large shop with lots of shoppers on a Saturday. Paying was challenging as the cashier was scattered and unfocused. Stuff was rung up incorrectly and a small purchased item wasnt put in my bag. They were kind enough to call to tell me to drive 45 minutes back to retrieve a $3 item they left out of my bag, but not kind enough to refund it. The selection of items was large, parking was convenient, and prices were decent. But customer service was lacking on a busy Saturday after New Years. Not the kind of positive vibe I expected from this type of store.

Just love this store! Beautiful handmade jewelry and scarves are available, as well as Interesting books and other items. Beautiful stones of all kinds - just all kinds of interesting and lovely items to explore. I love the staff and have attended great seminars. P & D is the store to visit, especially if youre interested in exploring subjects regarding spirituality and/or your own spirituality. I can spend hours in the store. Would love to purchase one (or two) of the floor-sized geodes Ive seen there! Ahhhhhhh! Some day soon!

A well-rounded store that has a bit of everything, they even have a man that gives wonderful massages! A great selection of goods, theres no such thing as a quick stop as there is so much to see. The perfect store to take the time and browse. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is tight and on a slope, so you need to take a bit of care getting in and out. But its worth doing to go here. One of the places I miss the most when I moved, and I go there every time I go to Atlanta to visit.

A few years ago, an LA-based friend took me to the Crystalarium in West Hollywood. I was officially hooked on crystals and their powers. Phoenix & Dragon offers a vast selection of crystals, books, and everything else that falls under the umbrella of a higher self. They also offer meditations and readings. The staff, perhaps a little quirky at times, is genuine, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Everyone is welcome and if you release your fear and uncertainty, you just might walk away enlightened.

The atmosphere and selection that this store has to offer is excellent! There is wide variety of candles, incense, stones, books and other goods, all organized in an easy-to-locate way. There were sections devoted to specific things, such as the childrens section, one for Native American goods, and a couple more. I was able to spend over two hours in the store and still not see everything! It was really a positive experience, and I want to go back sometime!

I have been searching for a place like Phoenix and Dragon for a while now and only found out about it through talking to this lady at Barnes & Noble. It has everything I need from metaphysical books to affordable crystals. The atmosphere of this place is very inviting, warm, and homey. The staff has always been extremely friendly as well as helpful. Ive always enjoyed my visits there and will continue to shop there for my various needs.
