I was standing in line waiting to check out. One of the girls whos name tag said FRANCESCA who I assumed to be the cashier was not at all paying attention to customers. Instead, she was on her phone instead of doing her job. Someone else eventually came up and rang me up. That should not happen under no circumstances. Additionally, the mirrors often have smudges on them as well as the payment devices are sometimes sticky. I will say that the bathroom are always pretty clean and the floor is more organized than most other stores i have been to in this area.

The smallest, most cramped DSW. Hot and humid. Limited sizes available in most shoes. Dingy. Surprised to see this in Waugh Chapel.
