My husband bought work shoes there that cost $79.00. He had to wear them to work at least once because he works on cement and shoes tend to feel different on cement than when you have them on in the store. We had the receipt, but when I called and spoke to someone who claimed she was an assistant manager but sounded like she was 15 she said we cannot return them because they had been worn. I told her they were only worn one time and were not dirty. She was very rude and no doubt liked the authority she had. Super shoes used to stand behind their products. They do not do it anymore. Just like the other review, I will not go here anymore after many years of being a customer. And I also will advise people I know to do the same. Word of mouth can hurt.

I walked in and was not greeted or offered any assistance, I needed my daughters foot measured and never got any assistance, when I requested assistance, I got treated as if I was bothering the staff and to top it off, there were only 2 pairs of shoes in the entire store in my daughters size (childs 10) shouldnt a SHOE store have a better inventory? And the prices are the same as any department store shoes. Will not be going back here and have requested my friends and family boycott the store as well!

Bought a pair of $95 work shoes, and was wrongfully informed about my size. I have a much smaller foot, and was sized wrong. Was told Im a size 5, and Im actually a size 6. Went to return them, brand new. Never worn, the next day. And when returning the shoes the manager was nothing but rude. It was more about them losing money, than the comfort of the customer. And it seemed like it was a bother for her to do the return. Dont know if Ill be returning, to shop here again.

The store definately has a wide assortment of shoes, sneakers, sandals and slippers. The prices are reasonable and occasionally the store sends their customers flyers with addtl discounts. Forgot to mention the store has other merchandise they sell. Have fun shopping. Q

I purchased a pair of work boots and I noticed they were different sizes here the size 9 tag had been covered up with a 10 sticker and the manager was angry with me for trying to return them. Unacceptable, poor service, very unsatisfactory
