Friendly staff, good shoes. My family has gotten many great deals here. You cant always find a great deal on what you want, but if you go at the right times or the selection is right, there are great deals to be had. Some items are definitely not "outlet prices" and there has been some signage that is not clear (signs for clearance in an area that is not clearance). Overall, if youre a smart shopper, this can be a great place to get shoes. As far as quality of the shoes, I dont think theyre the quality they used to be or the quality the retail price implies, but theyre still pretty good, especially when you can find a great deal.

You will not find better prices and nicer employees than you do here at the Hanover outlet store. And they have all kinds of lifetime guarantees on any of their products, including their socks! Get on their mailing list so you dont miss any of their special events. And their bargain basements are a must see! Every May and September. Cant say enough good things about this place! Wanted to note that the Google hours Im seeing are correct. They are open Sundays, 12-5.

Love it. Wanted to correct, although the products are great, there are no guarantees on products. If you do have any problems, the staff will do what they can for you, and their return policies are generous...just keep those receipts!

Store hours are wrong on Google. They are closed on Sundays, open 9-8 Fri/Sat/Mon, and 9-6 Tues-Thurs. Best. Shoes. Ever. And the best prices and biggest selection anywhere for Clarks!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Fining the right shoe is easy with their large selection and returns and exchanges are hassle-free. I only wish it was closer!
