I had the worst experience recently at the Foot Locker at the TownMall of Westminster. I bought some shoes as a gift and six days later they were on sale for $20 less. I had to fight with the store to receive the difference back and throughout this fight, a store employee gave me false information regarding their management and one employee even impersonated the district manager on the telephone. They never thanked me for my purchase and they never refunded the tax difference. I urge everyone to never shop here. The employees need to be fired and the store management needs to take care of the situation so that this does not happen to anyone ever again.

At 10:30 this morning I attempted to return a pair of sneakers bought using a debit card. I was told by the employee that he could not accept them because he hadnt done any transactions yet that day so it would put him into the negative. What?! So because its a slow morning I cant return a purchase yet? I drove 45 minutes to this location JUST to return these and cannot. I waited and returned at 12:15 and was told I still could not return them. I have since spoken to other locations and told that is not a policy and the return could have been done. Thank you for wasting my time.
