I dont normally shop for gift cards online, however I thought this would be an easy process. Put money on a card, forward to an email address with a nice note. Easy. NOT!! I sent a e-card to a great person in my life for mothers day on the 8th. The website tells you it takes about 12hrs which is ok because Mothers Day is 2 days away. She never receives it. I talked to someone on chat to see what the hang up is, she tells me to give it another day. Another day passes, I call customer service. the rep tells me that she has to talk with her supervisor to see why it has not posted. she puts me on hold for about 5 mins and then the phone hangs up. I call back and get another rep. Explained again what is happening. He tells me that the email address (MSN) acts up with e-cards. ask for another email address to send it to. I give him a new one and he says he will take care of it. It never got sent. So now DSW has taken money out of my account and has not delivered. It is now the 14th, and I have not received a reply to my original customer service email I sent after I didnt get a resolution or a call to at least say " hey, we realize what is happening and we are working to resolve it, please bare with us!" nothing. Im ready to call corporate.

Shoes are ok but for the price and selection you might be better off catching a half decent shoe on one of the clearance racks in the back. On another note they have this older woman who sort of just pops up out of nowhere and acts like the area your in needs so much attention. We all know whats shes there for....my thing is at least say Hi dont be so obvious I think its so rude.

I dont know how it is for women - but the mens offerings are mediocre. No mens shoes smaller than an 8 (or even 8.5, in some cases), and what they do have is significantly more expensive than youll find anywhere online.
