As always great product. They resoled a set of 2 years old boots for $100. Awesome!!! Saved me $175 from buying a new set. Only setback was 1 working employee so I had to wait almost 20 minutes for him to finish with customers ahead of me.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Purchased a set of boots, they didnt fit 100% so I took advantage of Red Wings 30 day guarantee. I took them back, got the right size and they traded them out in the store in 5 minutes. I will be back again!!
