I didnt know that this place is only one of two owned by Alden (and it is their first shop) in US. The sales gentleman was really helpful and very kind. He likes to explain and answer my questions and let me try on as many as I like to. If you are in this area and need new shoe laces, just visit and ask for it for free. And if you want Aldens non-special model, then visit here to buy instantly. No need to wait 3~4 weeks to get your size.

A bit pricey and upscale for my taste, but you got to have that one pair you can wear with a suit. These guys have a variety of shoes to choose from. Their customer service is also great. It’s always a good experience with them.

Great costumer service with , they are quick helping out with shoe sizes or models and they are friendly doing so. They have modern and dress up shoes so you can buy for any occasion. Great store.
