I bought a pair of boots there and didnt like the way they fit so I took them back to return them and they would not let me. I had the receipt and the boots were never worn! I then found the boots for less than half the price they were selling them for on Amazon. I bought all my boots here for the past 11 years, I will never go back, from now on Ill get my boot off of the computer, which is a shame because there are not many brick and mortar stores left to buy boots, but this is why, very poor customer service.

Visited Friday July 3 till get a new pair of climbing boots. The Gentleman that helped me was really friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is that they didnt stock the boots I wanted, nor did they have them in the most common color. I would think that a good business would stock a few of the color and size offered in other colors.
