I love shopping here they have the best helpful staff ever Jordan is very helpful and she makes shopping here very satisfying my favorite shoe store im always bragging on this place i swear they have an excellent staff crew plus u can get a great deal at and great price for fashionable or even comfortable shoes there and variety of selections at great prices they have sales all the time u wudnt want to miss it especially for back to school its an must check out

This has become my favorite DSW and favorite shoe store in the area. I have found my favorite brands at great prices. I usually shop around until I get the price I want. Here I have gone in looking for a style, found the style, the Brad and my size and bought it because I knew I wouldnt be able to find it at a better price in my size. To top it off the managers and staff were top notch: friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating.

I love the customer service provided here. The shoes are reasonable but if you wear size 5 to 5.5 in womens, you may want to view their online selections as they are slim pickings in the store. However, my daughter actually found a nice pair of pumps in a size 6 and the sales associate was so friendly and helped us find options as we were purchasing the shoes for a last minute event.

The store is well kept, clean and organized. You can pretty much find what you are looking for in a DSW store. The staff however is sometimes rude and not helpful, not everyone but certain people. Often times will find excyses to not honor sales and coupons.

The mens shoes selection has shrunk significantly recently and once I managed to buy a pair of shoes left one size 10.5; right one size 11 (they are usually good about double-checking).

Good variety in selection. You are pretty much left to your own devices to succeed or fail. I won the coin toss and succeeded.
