Recently bought a pair of boots from Jeff and they were uncomfortable to my feet from the start. Tried to wear them a few times but just couldnt get use to them. I called in a few days after the purchase and explained my problem. They were very understanding and exchanged them for a different pair even though the Irish Setter brand doesnt have a comfort guarantee. I have been a customer for 8 years and will continue to be. These guys have always gone above and beyond for me. Usually when purchasing new boots they throw in some conditioner or extra laces. Nice touch of customer service that tends to be lacking the days. And of course the Red Wing boots and products are top notch too!

Horrible customer service. The father treats you like he knows everything and any complaints you have about the wear on the shoe will send him into a fit about your own negligence. His son owns the store and should leash that pitbull of an old man.
