EVERY time I come into this store I am greeted by someone super fake and when I ask for sensitive skin advice, nobody knows anything. I have expressed looking for a light natural look, and as if they didnt hear a word I said I end up walking out with so much make-up on my face that I feel like I am another person (not in a good way). Once I had my make-up done by a woman who had a condescending attitude. I told her that I have to be careful what kinds of foundations I use because I break out easily and she responded with: " Ok well I dont have sensitive skin, I can put anything I want on my face, so if this makes you break out its not my fault." It was as if she didnt even hear what I said. These people need to get it together, I dont shop there anymore, because listening is a key factor to customer service, and I will go somewhere where I am heard. Not to mention, a total rip off. Sephora can suck it, I will never go back.

It was my first time there, but I completely hated it. The girls working there looked and acted completely uninterested, and even rude. The moment the girls working there heard that my sister and I spoke Spanish, their attitude went from bad to even worse... This not only makes that store seem racist but leaves me a terrible impression of Sephora itself. If Im spending money at whatever store, I always appreciate to 1. Be noticed and 2. Being helped. I had to ask 3 different people to get me a product that was out of stock on the shelf, and when they finally helped me I was told that it was completely out... I understand that a product being out of stock isnt their fault... But I could have known that 20 minutes ago when I asked the first person... Terrible experience.

I usually go to Bakersfields sephora, but today I went here because I wanted to spoil myself and ask questions. Not even from walking in was not even greeted from any employee, didnt bother to ask if I needed help, or if I had any questions, or if I was looking for something in particular. Each, I mean everyone employee looked at me unsatisfied. My local Sephora greets me as family, but here everyone is so rude. So thats why Im giving them a ONE star.

I looove the Sephora in Santa Monica. Its like a kid walking into a candy store for a girl that loves glitz and glam. Just walking by Sephora smells like glamour! Like every Sephora, prices are a bit high but they often have specials and the quality is great with the right brands. I love that you are able to sample so many products. Very sanitary with makeup remover application and removers.

Cancelled membership. They were trying to charge me more because of their own stupidity. Came in everyday for the past 3 months not telling me I had someone elses card that one of the employees mistakenly gave me. Thats how much they dont pay attention when you come in. To top it off they wanted to charge me more to keep the membership -_- this place is not even worth your money. Trust me.

I have been shopping at Sephora for years and have visited the Santa Monica location quite a few times. However, the last time i went I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cary. He is one of the most helpful and accommodating employees I have ever encountered. If you need help look for him. He is the man!

Im the kind of person who always helps myself, so I dont have much to say about the staff, but this Sephora has a rather huge selection of products. Id venture to say that they have a lot of things that you could normally only find on their site. This is definitely my new local Sephora store!

Lovely shop and great staff. Booked a makeover session for my 13 year olds birthday and Conor (the make up artist) went out of his way to make it a special experience. My daughter is crazy about makeup and the store and staff didnt fail to impress. Top class.

My favorite Sephora, and Ive been to everyone from Long Beach to the Valley! Although Hollywood & Highlands pretty good, too. The selection is immense, plenty of staff to answer any questions you may have.
