I really wanted to give them more stars because the store was so organized and clean but I cant since my experience was not delightful. I already knew what I wanted since I looked it up on the website. I went in real quick thinking I would be out soon but that definitely was not the case. I found my items with no help from any employees I walked over to the cashier to pay for my items and there is a line with about 7 people waiting and only two registers. One of the registers an employee was being trained, her register barely moved in the 25 mins I was waiting in line. I was just observing the employees since I had nothing else to do during my check out. The person training the employee was not once bother at the fact that the line is so long and costumers have been waiting for quite some time. She is chit chatting with the employees cleaning up instead of helping out costumers and keeping the line moving along. The girl that was assisting me finally was apologetic but that does not make up for the fact that I am watching employees just walking around talking. Anyways, after I finally pay and leave I notice that she charged me full price for an item that was on special. Overall my experience was one I do not want to go back to ever. I had someone waiting in the car for me the whole time because I thought what was to be a quick in n out was a long delayed check out line I had to wait in and waste my time. Now, I have to return that item and have been hesitating going since I definitely do not want to be in line waiting. Not the best first impression of Ulta.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While I like that they have both high end and drugstore brands, they dont seem to keep their Ulta brand stocked very well as they always seem to be out of the shades I need. Even this would be forgivable if it were not for their lousy customer service. There were at least five people on the floor on a slow weekday morning yet they were happy to stand around talking to each other instead of helping when I had asked for help several times. When I did ask for help, it seemed like I was bothering them/taking them away from something important. They pointed me in the general direction of my inquiry and that was the end of their customer service. They also had a sale going on but items were vaguely descriptive and when I went to check out, half of my stuff did not qualify even though it met the description. Items that were on clearance were not marked so it was hard to tell if I was choosing the correct items. Needless to say by the end of the ordeal I was not happy so I told the cashier that I wasnt interested anymore as I did not have a positive experience. She cheerfully said ok and was happy to send me on my way instead of asking what went wrong. Other than that, I didnt care for the layout of the store but again, this could easily be overlooked if it were not for the awful customer service.

I knew what product i was going for today but i needed help on what shade to choose for my skin color. I went up to two employees that were fixing their makeup and i asked them for the tarte concealer. As i was asking them questions they were still fixing their makeup. I wanted their opinion on two shades i had in mind and instead one of them came to place the product on my hand. I was there looking at the two shades on my hand like that would help a lot and she immediately return to fix her makeup. Ended up walking without purchasing anything. Horrible costumer service. Wont be returning here to purchase makeup.

Went there to return/exchange the damaged products I received from online purchase because unlike most of the sites that ship another products to my home and let customers ship damaged products for free, Ulta asks customers to go to the store to return/exchange damaged products. The cashier was the worst cashier I have ever had. Like why she gotta act so mean and rude??? She also lost one of my receipts, and forgot to refund for one of the items. Maybe all she was thinking about was finishing her job and going home. Would never go there again.

All products perfect , Friendly costumer service, but about hair stylist , they are not professional and they cut your hair like beginner hair stylist and finally they charged me $38 . really it was terrible and im not going to ULTA hair salon any more .

Its a hit or miss here. Sometimes youll have people to help. Other times you can track them down and ask questions but theyll be pretty vague and not helpful. Overall they do have a lot of different products and its usually clean and stocked.

Products are diverse but the employees for the most part horrible. Theyll stand right in front of you, ignore, and have personal conversations. The manager is mean and not customer service driven.

Dont always carry the most latest trend of makeup!. Only carry old stuff! But on the plus side store is very clean and customer service is not so bad!
