Let me start by offering a HUGE, THANK YOU to MAC.............. Every time I need a gift for my GF (who only wears MAC Cosmetics) I shop at this MAC store only. The staff here is the best and always gets me exactly what my GF wants (even if she dose not know it yet). Erika in particular goes out of her way to make sure that my GF is thrilled. For me as a guy this is the worst part about having a GF, cosmetics and the time it takes for my GF to get ready (even if it is only 15 mins). But she is so beautiful and after the MAC is applied even more beautiful. So once again THANK YOU ERIKA AND MAC in Tarzana, Ca.

I had a bad experience one day. Im not sure what the girls name was but she was rude. I shop at TJMAXX so as I walked by the Mac store, I decided to give this store a second chance. I was greeted and helped by a sweet and affable girl named Noelia. Shes so patient, knows the makeup line and always helps me find exactly what Im looking for. And she helps me discover new products and colors. I only shop at this location when Noelia is working. (I always call ahead) I love this girl! Makes me feel important and beautiful! The girls at this location are awesome!!! They know how to treat customers and dont want to sell you make up you dont need or that does not look good. They listen to the customer and want the customers to come out of the store happy. They really do take the time to listen to the customers needs and give the best service possible. Thank you to Erica and Tasha and all of the ladies and gentlemen at this location for helping me time and time again!!!

Pushy and rude customer service. They moment they see you arent ready to make a purchase, they treat you like dirt. A horrible experience all around for my girlfriend and me. We will be taking our business to Sephora going forward.
